5 star review. Would give 6. - I can’t tell you how helpful, flexible and fun this team are. Communication was faultless. Needed to change pick up and drop off at short notice and the time of the boat trip. Nothing was too much trouble. Emails were responded to in minutes. All this and the tours and scenery were fantastic. Can’t recommend enough.

Great fun - We had a great time on our tour. It was easy to schedule and work out pick ups for our group. The bus was very clean and on the newer side. We were able to social distance from others which was great. Hand sanitizer was available as well as Charging outlets with usb on the seats. Our driver Barnabee was great, he provided detailed instructions to us and was accommodating to people who got lost trying when he was doing pick ups. He also gave us good commentary on our drive. There was audio available in other languages which one of our tour really appreciated. We were also given a booklet that was also very informative on how our trip would go. The airboat was fun to experience and we saw a couple of alligators. Once we finished our Everglades tour Barnabee got us to the next location and made sure to hand us off to the boat portion of our tour. The boat trip was fun and also a good size where we could social distance. When we finished Barnabee was there to get us to our hotel. Overall we had a great time, the tours were very nice and fun and we loved how well planned out they were.

Do it - The airboat cruise through the Everglades. And the boat in the bay was good. Except the announcer.... oh, my, talk about grating on my nerves!

Had an awesome day! - Used Miami Tour Company to go down to the Everglades. The ticket includes the airboat ride and an animal show afterwards. We got the combo that includes sailing around Star Island right after we're back from the Everglades. It was fun-- got to see a National wonder and got to explore another part of Miami afterwards before leaving the next day. After the Start Island sailing tour you get to explore the Bayside Marketplace, with lots of cute little shops and bars.
When you first board the bus they give you a map of all their tours and a mini bio of their employees. Michelle, the owner, is cool, we had been emailing for a while. I wanted to do a city tour on our first full day there but that day they did not offer hotel pickup so we ended up just kind of exploring on our own. Also, I got sick on our original day that we were supposed to go to the Everglades and since I was trying to cancel with less than 24 hours in advance they weren't going to give my husband his whole money back; only partial. I really did want to go to the Everglades so we ended up rescheduling it was a blast! It's a good company, just beware that you might not get your money back if something happens last minute. And honestly it's fair because they do have that disclaimer, and there are no exceptions.
