Fantastic way to see Wynwood! - We had booked a private Wynwood graffiti art tour with Shawn. He could not have been a better leader. We were caught in traffic and he was super relaxed when we called to let him know. We took a lovely scenic ride to the Wynwood area during which he explained some of the history of Miami and pointed out places of interest. He was very careful at intersections, stopping to make sure we could get across safely. Once we got to Wynwood he had a fantastic knowledge of the graffiti art and artists themselves. He was super patient - even when we took a taco break as we were hungry! Such a cool way to see a different part of Miami.

Scenery - First off, it was NOT the Wynwood Art and Graffiti bike tour ! The local tour guide said Wynwood was NOT offered on Thursday . We ended up taking Miami Beach tour which was interesting and informative. However, our guide did NOT represent an image of confidence in the quality of the tour! His shorts were dirty and he had a dirty bandana on under his helmet! He did NOT engage with clients at anytime off script. Plus I ordered the trip thru a 10% off email and I have not received the discount!

Bike tour by bike and roll Miami : A disaster - Most unpleasant experience we ever had. It was a disaster! We had booked and payed and they send us the confirmation. We arrived at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the tour. We waited for 1 hour and nobody showed up. When we phoned the company, we got the message that the tour was cancelled. We didn’t get any message or call with this information.
