Family Segway ride - Family vacation to Miami, Segway tour is a must. We did the sunset tour and it was amazing. Joseph was an amazing guide and coach. The family was nervous to ride but after 5 minutes of riding with him they were taking photos while driving. Such an amazing experience and wonderful memories for the family. It is a must do when you are in the area.

Great and friendly - It was our first time on segways and the guide was super friendly and helpful and taught everyone well. The trip was very nice.

Colleen and Mary Segway 2023 - The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our tour guide was Joe who was helpful and personable. They made sure that my friend Colleen was able to ride a Segway. If my friend Colleen can ride a Segway anybody can. Am I right Joe?. She did awesome. I would highly recommend them. I have (CRS) and cannot remember the other guy's name that explained everything to her..🤣 But everyone was great.. if I ever come back to Miami I'm going to look you guys up. Much Love ❤️ Mary

Great ! - Very nice tour to Star Island under the heat with Rolando and his second guide . We appreciate their explanations , kindness and patience . Thank you too to Miguel who sheltered us during this 1,5 hour heavy rain and differed our prebooked activity to the day after without any problem . We ll definitely choose your company for our next experiences in Miami Beach .

Great fun - Great fun, really chilled guide really enjoyable way to see bits of the city. Segways are really easy to use. Try it!

Great views! - Joseph was an excellent guide, however at times I had difficulty hearing him. A microphone would be useful to enhance the experience.

The tour operator said... - The tour operator said they didn’t have our reservations??? They told us we should have arrived before our stated start time so we could have gotten ready. We did arrive late but with this new info we were even later. I was told this info was emailed to us but it wasnt anywhere in the info I received. Because of all this they shorted our 1hr tour to 30min.

Via-terrible Segway Tour - We’ve booked Segway tours through viator in two other cities and this one was the worst. It felt rushed and the guide led us without looking back to make sure we were safe. He did not share much Miami history and told us that a lot of his information was what he’s’ “been told.” He only gave us one opportunity to stop and take pictures. We did enjoy learning who owned properties on Star Island. Luckily, we knew who the people were because when others said they didn’t know, the guide didn’t even try to share their significance. The most disappointing part was that he couldn’t or didn’t explain the significance of art deco buildings related to Cuban migrants. When we got back to the shop, the guide was given a high- five by his co-workers who told him that he “ made it on time.” The young man who was our guide was very nice but lacked the professionalism and knowledge that we’ve come to expect on these tours. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name because he didn’t introduce himself.
