- A minimum of 2 persons per booking is required.
- Minimum age is 12 years old.
- Participants must weigh at least 100 lbs. (45 kg) and no more than 260 lbs. (117 kg). They also need to be in good health.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
- Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes.
- No expectant mothers.
- Check in 30 minutes in advance.
- We require a hold of a refundable Security Deposit on your credit card of $250 per booking (not per person) at the shop, before the tour stats.

Fun! Fun! Fun! - Great guide and such a fun way to spend an evening. Navigating through the Spring Break crowd made it a bit more thrilling!

Segway on South Beach - This was a great experience start to finish. We felt safe the entire time on the segway tour. It's hard to find something 14 and 16 year olds will do as a family and they loved it!

Pleasant experience and is a must do activity in Miami - Went on the Segway tour with my family to get a quick tour around the south beach area. The tour guide Alex was nice and always taking good care of us going through the busy south beach area. Was a nice experience. Highly recommended.
