VISIT TO THE MALL - I went to Civitatis. All right. The mall is very large and while you find some deals, others are the same price as duty free. In a single day it is well tired and impossible to travel the whole mall.

Great tour to a mall - We went to the meeting point and were there on time. It was not immediately apparent at the beginning where to register. It was very crowded and not only was the Sawgrass Mills Mall approached but also an Everglades tour. Were then dropped off at the mall and picked up as agreed. Picked up the Everglades Tour participants so the ride took a good hour longer. The driver was very nice and does a good job.

They should be more honest with the times and details, taking care of the passenger's and not just their own. - For the return we were required to be 15 minutes ahead of schedule, but finally arrived 15 minutes later, meaning unnecessary wait of half an hour. It is easy to foresee, especially for local drivers, the huge Friday traffic, which was the excuse. Plus lots of chatter to make us deliver the Shopping plan.

I have never felt so UNSAFE in a transport service. - It was the worst transfer I hired in my life. I felt extremely insecure. The outward transportation was ok, we were 4 passengers, but the driver wouldn't put down his cell phone, and was even warned by a passenger. The main problem was on the way back. This is because the transport was carried out in another vehicle (but with the same driver), in which there were 2 passengers from another transfer section. They smoked electronic cigarettes inside the van, and cursed all the time in English, appearing dissatisfied with the waiting time for the transport service. When starting the return journey, without telling anyone, about half an hour into the journey, the driver changed the route, returning almost 10km to the road we were on. When questioned by another passenger, he was extremely rude, saying he was going the correct way. However, when looking at the map, we were literally on the opposite path. It was scary. Finally, the couple who were smoking inside the van began to curse and threaten the driver, saying they were from Miami and knew the place. The trio (driver and smoking couple) screamed in the van, and we were in the back, watching in disbelief, in that situation. Finally, the driver took a completely different route, heading towards South Beach almost 2 hours after the start of the trip. When we stopped, only the smoking man got out, and the woman remained in the van saying she would call the police to give her money back. We were all very scared. Finally, she came down cursing and threatening everyone. The driver apologized to the passengers who remained, and made up some excuse about the traffic. And he offered to take us to the hotel (instead of the agency). I didn't accept it and went down at the first opportunity, at the agency (which was already completely empty at the time). And I left. I didn't even have the courage to complain at the counter, as the driver followed us the entire time. It was horrible. I will never hire this company again.
