Worst open top tour I've done. - To start with a positive, the meeting point was easy to find and the office seemed professional, so other trips may e better. The open top bus tour was late departing and then no-one upstairs (everyone) could hear the commentary. It was mentioned to the tour guide but he did nothing to rectify it. The tour was meant to be 2 hours, but was actually 4 hours due to various unwanted stops and this put us under pressure to get back and get to the airport. One couple even resorted to catching an Uber. The first stop was in Wynwood, but no-one wanted to get off as the area had little to do and looked unsafe. The next stop wasn't on the list but was at The Marina which was basically a bar and some food vans which no doubt gave some kick back or free food to the tour guide and driver. We then stopped for an age in Little Havana. This would have been great had it not been for the previous stop, but no-one appeared overly interested and certainly didn't want to get pestered by the old man selling peanuts in Spanish, and was clearly another friend of the tour guide. We then went to Bayside Market. We would have enjoyed this part and spent more time but we were under time pressure and had to get the next bus back. It was at this point that the guide came across as extremely rude and hence he, and by default the driver, did not get a tip. I also found it bizarre that they took numerous opportunities to sell other tours and commented that they were much cheaper if booked on the bus rather than going through the office or other providers, so sounds like they have a scam going here.
