Great tour! - The Miami Segway tour was a fantastic experience! Our tour guide was incredibly caring and patient, taking the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident riding the Segway before we started. As we cruised through the Miami Beach area, the guide shared interesting facts and stories about the sights, making the tour both fun and educational. They also kindly offered to take photos for us at scenic spots, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for a relaxed and informative way to explore Miami Beach!

Fun Tour of the City - Adam was a great tour guide! We had a lot of fun cruising around the city. We learned some interesting facts and had a fun time. Adam had some great recommendations for things around town, and the girls said he's cute.

If you want a fun... - If you want a fun activity this is it, you will learn the history of south beach and a bit of miami all at the same time, we had Gabriel as our guide, very informed and pleasent, he was on top of his game!

Disorganised, slow tour with too many stops for photos and breaks - We had a booking for 10am and arrived at 9.45am which was as stated on the booking. We got there and only 1 man in the shop who seemed quite distracted as we arrived... 9.45am & 10am came and all they kept saying was that we were waiting on other people to arrive... now, i mean 5 mins waiting or something is fine, but when we rushed to get there on time and still at 10.15am we were told we would be getting ready shortly then i didnt think that was great. Why should we sit around for 30mins + as others couldnt get there on time.... however, that said, the guy was on his own in the shop so i was wondering how the shop would remain open and someone also take us on a segway tour... we had our suspicions there were not enough staff. Eventually another guy turns up and then takes over. We then end up going out with a group of people on a bike tour as well (We were on segways) so the group was large, 6 on segways and around 6 on bikes.... not what we signed up for. However, we went along with it. The guy that took us out (long hair) was knowledgeable and friendly once we were out. The tour itself was ok, we have done many tours but found this one slow in pace, stopping every 15 mins for another "photo Opportunity" and at one point for a break... it was quite disjointed and our teenagers were bored. It doesnt cover much area and we wouldnt use this company again. Such a shame as the weather is great, so much to see and do and this tour didnt really utilise this. It was a 2 hour tour and we basically went up Collins avenue and to the park by the river.... Our tour guide was a nice guy but seemed to be struggling with just him in the shop. For $200 ish for 4 of us, i would not recommend doing this with this company - find an alternaitive who will take less stops and more sightseeing...
