Open Miami invites you for an exceptional tour of the city. Witness the magic of Miami in any weather with our panoramic view. Our bus comes with a seamless glass top that can be retracted for an unhampered view of the sky and surroundings. Use the button to close the transparent rooftop if you need cover from sun or rain.
We begin our journey with a trip around South Beach and its vibrant Art Deco District. Then we head to downtown Miami to experience the city’s energy. Our next stop is Brickell, followed by Little Havana, a hotspot in Miami renowned for its rich Cuban influence. Then we move to the exhilarating Wynwood neighborhood which is famous for its street art. Following this, we’ll visit the Miami Design District known for its luxury boutiques and unique ambiance. The finale of our tour is a drive back to South Beach via the Julia Tuttle Causeway, providing a spectacular view of the ‘Magic City’.

Great time - We really enjoyed this visit to magnificent Miami! We learned the essentials about the city thanks to our guide Charles who was great! Friendly, smiling and very kind, we had an unforgettable time in his company! Thank you so much!

A Great Tour! - We loved this tour. Our driver/guide (didn't catch his name) was really knowlegeable of Miami, and what we liked the most was his Argentinian accent was clear and we could understand every interesting (English) word!
God blessed us with a fine day, as it had been raining and overcast.
Overall a very pleasant outing!

Perfect, to do when you arrive to discover all the neighborhoods. - We had already used this company during a previous trip to Florida but for the Everglades. We chose their City Tour this time and it was really great, the guide speaks into a microphone in French with a slight accent but nothing problematic.
The duration of the visit is 3 hours but it is more than enough, any more would become a bit long. Stops are planned to discover while walking.
Thank you Charles for dropping us off at our hotel on the way back, I recommend.

Great tour if you’re short on time - Great tour that allows you to see the sights in under 4 hours and to spend thirty minutes walking around Little Havana and Wyndham walls if you’re short on time. We did this after getting off a cruise ship before flying out that afternoon.

Great tour! - Grate tour! The tour takes you all over Miami Beach and Miami. With the top open, you are able to see everything. Well worth the money.

Panoramic yes, AC not so good - The guide, Charles I believe, was good. The AC had no effect until we asked him to close the windows completely and even then the minibus was not cold, more cool.
At wynwood walls, we did not know that these included costs and that one would need at least 30 minutes, the guide did not mention that, when we told him to come and pick us up in 15 minutes, because it was so hot.

Terrible /cons - I should have known better. I booked a month ago and after saw reviews that if the tour want fill they cancelled - sure enough text last night saying cancelled as the bus was broken . What a scam . Do not book they are liars and will ruin your plans

Don't bother booking with this company. - Don't bother booking with this company. They will cancel your booking if the bus isn't full or have enough passengers. Go with another company.

I wouldn’t bother, cancelled with virtually no notice. - It’s 8pm I’m sat enjoying my evening meal 13 hours before my pre booked Open Miami sight seeing tour.
I happen to check my emails to see one stating that my tour had been cancelled due to mechanical issues.
I am here in Miami for 2 nights (1 day) after a long drive from Orlando and before a flight to Cancun. The one thing I booked has been cancelled at little/no notice and not enough time to organise a replacement. Had I not checked my emails I would have been completely unaware.
I’m also very sceptical about their reason for cancelling as seems a little too convenient.
Avoid them as I will be in future.
Thanks for ruining my very short time in Miami.
