A blast of a ride - We took this thrill ride and had a blast . Got a tour , saw beautiful sights and rode a fast boat all in one . Highly recommend this fun adventure.

Fun adventure ride - What a fun day ! After pick up by the large open doubledecker we explored Miami before jumping on the soeedboat. The kids had a blast and so did we.

Great until it wasn’t - Loved seeing all the sights and having lunch in little Havana. Was very disappointed at the end, the bus driver lead us to believe the boat tour would have us back in time for the bus but we had to wait an hour and a half or get a ride share to get back to our hotel in time for our dinner reservation.

Left us stranded at Bayside! - Cramped seating on the top. Tour guide seemed knowledgeable. Talked about the Versace and his mansion at length but never showed it! The whole tour felt rushed like a sales pitch. Would have loved to actually stroll around Little Havana instead of being herded into a few little places feeling forced to shop. Once we got to Bayside Market, we were rush to a little restaurant to collect boat tickets. Again, we felt forced to eat there. Food was fine, but there were other eateries I’d preferred. Our bus group was split up for boat tours. Of course, my family received the last boat tour which didn’t return until AFTER the bus back had already left!! They actually left us! There were about 6 people from the original bus tour who were left stranded. When I called the customer service number, no one at the tour company answered. In frustration, we took an Uber back. I do not recommend this tour at ALL! It was hurry up then wait, hurry up then wait. Never again.
