Best experience ever - This was my first time ever riding on Jet Skis so I was little nervous at first right when we reached the meet up spot i instantly felt comfortable by the staff. They reassured us all that it is not as hard as it seems. The staff is very welcoming as well and they have a really good sense of humor. I had a great time, my favorite part was definitely when I learned how to go in circles

Cool Miami jetski experience - The boat ride to the jetskis was great, got to see celebrities' houses, captain Abraham was nice and gave us some good Miami recommendations. We had a great time on the jetskis, Abraham and Lucas provided straightforward and clear and glad Lucas took our pictures for keepsakes (although it was a little pricey). The area where we jetskied was nice, vast enough to enjoy the ride. Cool to see some jetskis that looked like sportscars. Good experience all together! The only thing we weren't too happy about was the pickup and dropoff area. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Fast and fun - Going around the island was one of the most memorable experiences we had. It was fun going fast. Waves were fun.

Lack of professionalism and consideration for customers activity time not respected - We went on a boat just 10 minutes away from transport m. Waiting on the boat until the people before have finished the jet ride. Instructions given on board another boat, signing of safety conditions. In this regard, many and many steps to fill out documents and signatures. I paid for 1 hour of jet we did 25 minutes and my son 20 minutes. When I asked for the allotted time I was told that it was included with the time for explanation and therefore waiting for other people. A female member of the company was yelling in Spanish at the boat manager who had agreed to chase my son for a few minutes because it was his birthday present. She didn't look at me, didn't listen to me and continued to scream. Very disagreeable. Fortunately the gentleman still extended the jet ride a little for my son. Paying by card when booking and having to give another $150 in cash on the dock is unprofessional. Damage.

Abysmal jet ski experience!!!! - I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Paradise Tours. My experience was nothing short of disappointing. Not only was our jet ski experience significantly delayed, but the customer service from Ruby in particular was abysmal. She was unprofessional and incredibly rude. The jet skis are raggedy and barely operational. I had to have my jet ski replaced because it stopped accelerating while I was in the water. No apologies or acknowledgment from the staff. I would strongly advise against using this company for your jet ski experience.

Scammish guide - Tour guide tried to scam un by telling us we stil had to pay $100 by cash or cashapp only no credit card once we were on the boat and we had paid the whole advertised price before getting there

Bad tour operator - We booked this trip. The boat operator was an hour late. By the time that we got out to the JetSki, we only had about 30 minutes on the jet ski. We paid for an hour. We didn’t get what we paid for!

Scam!!!! Run away - It was nothing as described on the website the instructor was still rude. Our reservation was for 11am, we didn't have breakfast so as not to be late, we arrived here and waited an extra hour to get on the boat. The website says tour and what we did was get on a small boat to get to the jet skis. The jet skis look beautiful in the photos on the website and the ones we used had several broken parts and were also old. We also pay the website price. The website also talks about a full 90 minute boat ride to see the houses and mansions on the bay side and we didn't see anything. All Was a lie

Scam - Don’t book through them they are just a broker. They tried to cancel on me as i’m leaving my house. second you’re gonna have to pay an additional fee for the jet ski . just find someone on the beach that do rentals
