Miami - A pleasant ride & experience - Our driver was on time and provided us with so much history. We felt very safe and arrived at our location in a timely manner. We had a pleasant experience and the driver was very pleasant as well!

AMAZING AND RELIABLE - We thought we would need a later time and asked for a 10:30 pickup at the port. But of course we arrived and were off the ship by 8:45. The company was great and picked us up early. What a great company. Driver very personable as well

Punctual, friendly,... - Punctual, friendly, clean vehicles. I highly recommend this company and will use it in the future. Worth every penny. Perfect for a group. We used it for a group of 7 and 3 different times.

Excellent service! Way better than Uber or lyft - Mercy was amazing! I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times!! The service was excellent, he was very kind, accommodating, and gave great directions on finding him. He came early because we were earlier than expected.

Miami to Port - Need a step ladder small for older people stepping up into the small bus need a extra step or handles. Other than that all was GREAT

Rocky start, then a good trip. - We booked transportation from our Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel (Blue Lagoon} to the Miami cruise port. We were not pushed for time, which was fortunate. The driver was 15 minutes late because he went to the wrong hotel although we had scheduled with the correct hotel name and address. It took 3 calls to get him to our hotel. He spoke little English. Once we connected, the ride was fine.

Was told one landed on... - Was told one landed on March 13 that he would be there. We landed 10 minutes early and I advised him that we had told him that we would have a 930 ride. We arrived at the airport about 850 from the Landing. We then had to wait over 40 minutes before the service came even though he said he was there, but then was told he had to go somewhere else. Very unhappy.
