The bus tour was not as... - The bus tour was not as good as we had hoped it would be. We wanted to see more of Miami Beach (homes). We did not enjoy the area where all the buildings were covered in graffiti. The boat tour was very enjoyable. After we got off the boat we waited for the bus to come back to pick us up and it never showed up!!!!

Rude employees - We booked the tour from miamitours.com. Due to the anticipated traffic,I called the hotline to rebook us for the next trip. We came 5 mins late. So the bus already left. We got in the office and was told to speak to the guy. Looks like he is the manager. I have never been disrespected before. The guy kept ignoring me and was talking to all people there except for me. Sooooo rude. He wont even look at me. The other people there came after us and was acomodated immediately. I dont recommend miamitours.com We should ve booked from another tours. The lady from the boat was wonderful though. The driver of the bus was over active and didnt stop till you give him tip.

Good tour but discrimation and racism from tour staff and manager - The tour itself was good but there was blatant racism and discrimination from the tour company. Our party of 12 had tickets for 1000. We all came at 0930 as convened. We stood in line and when it was time to board, all of a sudden we were informed by the bus driver and company drivers/management that we couldn't get on the bus because it is too many of us and we should wait for the next bus BUT THEY PROCEED TO TAKE PEOPLE BEHIND US ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT. We were upset but decided to let it slide so on the next bus, we will be first and get the best seats on the top deck. However, when the next bus came about half an hour later standing again in line with some tired kids in our party, the new bus driver told us that we couldn't get on just yet because he has to make a detour to pick up some people before coming back to take us..we were so furious, so they were telling us that they did not allow us to get on our schedule depart 1000 on the previous bus "because our party is too big" which is even ridiculous as to why would they sell bus tickets previously at that time if they have no more space first off, second the tour manager had promised to let in jump first in line for the upcoming bus half an hour later. When the second bus comes, now they are giving us a different story, it took a lot if back and forth and explaining with the tour manager for us to finally get on this second bus and get on the top deck bus tour. We were very disappointed and felt discriminated against as the people that they let go on the first bus ahead of us where all white tourists. As if it was not enough, when we stop at Little Havana for 30 minutes break. They forced EVERYONE to get off the bus tough we told them that of of our party has foot injury and would rather stay on the bus and not walk around. It has to take another lengthy explanation and justification for them to finally agree to let my sister stay on the bus during those 30 minutes with her healing foot. We were so disappointed. The tourbitself is good especially the boat section but the staff discriminate against non white and non Hispanic tourists. So Be Aware!

RUN - the opposite direction of this false advertised tourist trap - We went on this tour on April 16th. They overbooked the bus, so not everyone had a place to sit and we weren’t able to access the upper floor. This bus has no reserved seats, so after the stop we felt like we were in an episode of the hunger games. People were running to the bus to get a seat. There were only 2 stops. The fist one in Wynwood was a horrible photo up in an unappealing alley - no one got off the bus because then they’d lose their seat. The second one in little Havana was only 29 minutes and we weren’t allowed to explore the neighbourhood at all. You had to go in the gift shop they have deals with for a “coffee experience” and then to a bar. This was the only place were you were allowed to use the bathrooms and they had a whopping 2 stalls for the entire bus so safe to say there was quite the line. Instead of exploring a great neighbourhood- expect to be stuck at a dark unappealing bar to stand in line for your only stop. Also very little explaination and bo stops in the art deco district (I do recommend doing the audio walking tour another day if you have time - it’s amazing) Then the ride takes you to bayside so the boat part of the day. Expert advise - they try to force you into a restaurant of their choosing (extra money in their pocket) and tell you you only get the boat info at a table. At this point we just refused to go in and demanded to get the info immediately. You get instructions to go get your boat tickets. But guess what - they also overbooked the boat. We turned our tickets in for a later boat and made sure we were first in line. Overall the boatride was a fun experience- but nowhere near 90 minutes, at 45 min sharp (ofc I checked my watch 😉) And then they try to force you to tip for below par service. Honestly, it’s very rude how they try to guilt trip you into tipping and even mention that 5$ per person is a minimum. I live in the states so I’m familiar with the tipping culture. If this was a good experience we would have easily tipped 20%, but in this case no tip was completely warranted. Bad service = 0 tip. Overall - false advertising, but you di have to admit that 30$ is cheap… if you’re ok with rushing through the city on an overcrowded boat hunger games style because you’re on a budget - this is the tour for you!

Don’t go. - The worst experience! No service and the bus and boat where 1,5 hour late. The bus is not maintained and the aircondition did not work. I will not recommend this to anybody.

Awful - don't go - This was a dreadful experience and do not recommend it at all. We expected to see more of Ocean Drive and beautiful Art Deco buildings. We saw three blocks of less good ones including Versace's house where he was killed. There was no city history given at all. We drove straight past South Pointe without a word. Unimportant so-called landmarks were pointed out but others totally missed. The row of cruise ships was pointed out like we'd never seen a ship before. The Wynwood 'art' area truly was second rate graffiti. A very rundown area. The stop at River was utterly pointless. Not an area of any significance other than it's the bus company's base. We were a captive audience encouraged to buy refreshments. A little extra earner for them. On we went to Little Havana where we were expected to try Cuban coffee and to see cigar making. No. If we'd had more time instead of the stop at River it might have been possible to have a better refreshment experience. A lot of the tour went to very uninteresting areas until we arrived at Bayside. We were told we could shop and get refreshments there and it's where people going on the sightseeing cruise had to get their boat. We did not take the cruise and feeling rather unwell just wanted to get back to the Lincoln Avenue base and return to our acommodation. We weren't allowed to stay on the bus and were told another would be along every half an hour. We waited more than 45 minutes. Nothing came. So we took an Uber back to Miami Beach. Horrendous experience. Cannot recommend at all.
