Everglades Big Bus Tour - We really enjoyed the tour of the Everglades! We did a boat tour, plus watched a gator show before hand, even had the chance to hold a baby alligator! The tour guide German was really good, he made the trip very enjoyable.

Everglades airboat tour - This tour is amazing! First we watched the wildlife show, even got to hold a baby alligator! Then went on the airboat where we saw 2 alligators! The tour guide German was very good!!

Great Everglades Experience! - This was a great and convenient package to experience the everglades. The meeting spot for the bus in Miami Beach was an easy walk from Ocean Drive where we staying (about 25-30 min). German (bus tour guide) was on time in travel to and from the park. Alligator show was cool, airboat ride was a beautiful and relaxing experience. We were lucky and got to see two alligators in the water during the ride— one in the shallow water and another in the canal. Great scenic views for some amazing photography. Thank you German for making this a wonderful experience and transporting us safely. I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends.

Everglades - The trip was very well organized and the price was justified. Interesting trip. The show was very respectful towards the animals.

You must go once in life - Amazing, wild nature place, kind staff and great bus driver Antonio 👌 I left from South Beach and the bus trip was about only 1 hour to get to Everglades.

A good way to start the day! - We went for the Everglades tour in Miami with Antonio on our big bus. Within the first four minutes we saw four alligators, and afterwards we spent much of the day going around the canals on an Airboat, which was really something, and even our Captain Chaos was quite funny. Afterwards, during the show, we saw an alligator getting picked up and lifted, which was pretty awesome! The dark humor certainly helped and I would definitely recommend this if one can find it at an economical rate and has some time to kill during their Miami visit

Dia Feliz em Everglades - German is very nice person. I like a lot. He tell nos several things about Miami and Everglades. He drives very well. I feel safe and calm. All the people in the bus like him because he is fanny and friendly.

Great Experience! - My husband and I booked this trip to Holiday Park through Viator and Big Bus Tours took us there. Our driver German V. was great! #BigBusTours He explained everything we needed to know clearly. Everything went smoothly and Holiday Park was fun to experience. One negative was that our voucher from Viator didn't give enough details for us to know where to get our wristbands and get on the bus.

Miami Everglades - Good experience to see the alligators and Florida wildlife! Our tour bus driver, Antonio, was especially nice and accommodating!! Thank you!

Disappointed - I am responding to your request for an evaluation of our February 26 Everglades tour. We enjoyed the Everglades tour but were not satisfied with the pre-tour information and pick up details. The paperwork said the Start Time was 9 am. Even though the paperwork encourages us to get there early, it said 15 minutes early. When the Uber didn’t show, we didn’t worry because we thought we had another ½ hour. Viator’s confirmation was confusing with the various times shown. We were not sure which pickup point was for our reservation. Although it showed Washington Ave, the 9 am start time matched Bayside Marketplace. We were late for the Washington Ave pickup – which was hard to find even for our Miami taxi driver. We asked a man on the sidewalk if he could help and were fortunate to find he was the “tour operator” but unfortunate because he said the bus left 15 minutes prior to our getting there. There were 2 other couples with the same issue, so we took an Uber to Bayside Marketplace. We missed every Everglades tour offered in the morning but were able to exchange our tickets for the 2:30 departure. We had a 4.5 hour wait! The bus had a ‘wrap’ on the outside back half of the bus which made looking out the windows fuzzy – similar to looking through a microwave door. How disappointing to not be able to see the scenery on the drive to the Everglades! This experience was a poor introduction to Viator. I will not recommend Viator.
