An average tour - The content is great. However, city and boat tour guide was not responsible for our visit entirely. It seems like we need to figure out and stick on the group to make sure we were not fall behind.

Great value - Great value for the money. Hit up all 3 of the best tours in one. Communication was a bit rough in regard to where to go and when, which made things a bit stressful. However, all was fine and if you just go with an open, stress free attitude, all will be great. Would definitely do this again!

Overall, great experiences packed into one day. - Airboat ride was exhilarating, airboat captain was engaging & very knowledgable; City tour was comprehensive: Ocean Dr, Little Havana, etc; Biscayne Bay Cruise was fun; The additional / separate $2 service fee per person upon check-in which was not explained on-line when making reservations nor was explained at service counter was annoying. A better explanation of the logistics / timeline (at the start of the day) regarding transfer between activities would have been helpful.

Half good, half worthless - Harbor cruise and airboat tour were great . The bus tours took us the same places three or four times, did not follow the schedule and no time was given for lunch at little Havana as advertised. Poor customer service

Good combo tours but poor communication - Communication between events in the 3 combo Tour was almost non existence. The three events separately were good. Sadly the timings were out after a delay for returning passengers at the Everglades.

Average! It could’ve been better if you advised about 1. Nearby public parking, Noisy airboat, Final pickup untimely - Average! It could’ve been better if you advised about 1. Nearby public parking, which is way cheaper than the private one located just behind the Miamitours.com office. 2. The airboat was super noisy. 3. Final pickup from Bayside to office was not on time.

Don’t have high expectations - The bus tour through Miami, Little Havana, and Miami Beach was just ok. The poor guide struggled. It was very poorly organized. The boat tour was not much better. Guide was much more energetic and knowledgeable. The bartender was playing with his phone the entire time not paying any attention to the customers. Simply said…I would not do it again.

Not Happy and i wont recommend - City Tour bus is so bad and Very slow and lot of smoke. Eveglades bus driver almost hit 2 cars on the way. His explanation through out the drive was very irritating.

We bonded over the misery... - We bonded over the misery lol. The busses were late to everything and there was no order to anything. If you don’t like pushing your way on a bus you probably won’t get on. We missed two busses because it was a mad house with people shouldering you out of the way while the employees watched from inside the store. Awful management of the people. I wish I could give it a better rating!
