5 star experience with a 5 star host - We had a fantastic trip and were so well looked after by our driver/guide Manuel. He made sure that he engaged with everyone throughout the tour and, in between giving detailed facts about the areas visited, played great music. My favourite area visited was Little Havana, where we were able to sample authentic Cuban coffee and Mojitos. I would definitely recommend this trip as a “must do” when visiting Miami.

Well worth it! - Best to take the tour on day one of your visit to Miami. Manuel is a wonderful tour guide. The tour of Little Havana and the arts district was great. Lots of great ideas of places to revisit on foot.

Miami Sightseeing and Boat Trip. - Perfect half day city tour and boat trip. Manuel was our knowledgeable and very friendly guide. Small luxury minibus transport, very comfortable. Great time had by all visiting the various neighbourhoods of Miami. Highly recommend!

Best value and entertaining tour- bus and boat - Fabulous tour…..an afternoon in a minibus with about 12 people seeing the sights and having a wander; through the art work at Wynwood; watching cigars being rolled in Little Havana, tasting Cuban coffee and having a mojito- all led by the very informative and entertaining Manuel……then off for a leisurely 1 1/2 hour cruise …..great value …..we only had a day in Miami and it was well spent on this tour.

A great snapshot of Miami from a guide who loves the city and has a cool playlist. - It was difficult to find a Miami City Tour with a boat excursion because they were plentiful, and the reviews were not so great on the Viator website. We chose this because it was for a small group, which we thought beats the crowded large bus tours (which we've done in many other cities). The tour itself was great - a snapshot of Miami for those with very little time, which gives one an idea of which places to explore further, which ones to skip, and where to shop for authentic heritage goods, food, and drink. Manuel was our guide in the morning, and he was just wonderful - he seemed to love the city, had a lot of history and celebrity gossip to impart, and had a cool song list. He also made sure that we got on the right boat, and that we arrived in time for the next boat tour. I gave this tour a 4 out of 5, only because it was hard to see things from inside the van. The tour had a maximum capacity of 14, and it seems our party of two was bundled with a family of 12 adults and 3 kids sitting on their laps - if they had taken off the roof, it would have probably helped. Nevertheless, it was a great experience. Thank you, Manuel.

Great sampler of Miami - A great tour that gave you a taste of south beach, the art district and Little Havana, finishing off with a boat tour of millionaires row. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. I would recommend if you’re trying to see a bit of everything. Know that traffic is busy there but the driver was very competent.

STEALING MONEY - The worst. Will take your money and call you right before and tell you it’s cancelled. DON’T BOOK HERE. Now I have to charge back with my bank and they are holding over $500 on my card. PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEONE, ANYONE ELSE! Wish I had sorted reviews to all negative, they ALL say the same. Taking money and cancelling last min. This company should be shut down.
