Always a great time! - We had been to Captain Jack’s mangrove airboat tour twice before. This time we added the grasslands airboat tour this time (departed at a nearby location). Both were worthwhile for most ages. This year it seemed that multi owners had combined offerings.

One of a kind. They offer pictures and key chains. We got them ! - Even though we didn’t see too many alligators, The ride was an AMAZING experience. I highly recommend! Will be back !!!!

A good day out - Pick up was late and we were first pick up. We had a few mishaps with other pick ups which meant journey longer than advised. However Everglades Park was very well organised given how busy it was. The hour on the airboat was very good and we managed to spot several alligators. The show was very informative. All in all a good day out.

Pretty cool boat ride - The boat ride and the exhibit after was the best part. We did not see any gators in the water but it was still a nice experience. The education we got at the exhibit was excellent.

It was ok - I would say it was certainly worth the experience doing it for the first time. I had never been on a fan boat before, and thought the trip out was interesting. However, there really is no reason I could think of that I would ever need to do this a second time, we did not see much of any wildlife on the trip. We saw two birds and one iguana. The boat did not go very fast and our driver named Johnny had really corny jokes and he just kept doing them. He also used a lot of sarcasm where he would say a fact about the area, and then tell us that it wasn’t true, at the end I really couldn’t tell what was true versus what was just a joke.

Van driver misinformation - Van driver gave ridiculously inaccurate information about the history and formation of the everglades--claimed the whole area rose from the sea after humans made canals in area

Just OK - Just an average experience. Nothing to write home about. We saw 2 gators and a couple birds. There wasn’t a whole lot of narration about the area.

Overall fair experience. The bus ride wasn’t pleasant. - Had to wait a long time for the bus to arrive. It was supposed to depart at 1 PM. It did not depart until 1:45 PM. Same issue when departing to go back to Miami. Had to wait 45 minutes for all the people to board the bus. Also was annoyed by the bus driver. He kept pushing really hard to get tips from passengers. Maybe mentioned it five or six times telling pastors to tip 15 to 20%. I want to mind him mentioning to tip. But it was obsessive. Overall, I have a car that I’ve been renting and I wish I had just booked it directly. I would’ve saved money and time.

Save your money!!!! - First of all! The bus had no air conditioning and we had to be on the bus for over an hour. All the driver cared about was tips and the fact that it was NO REFUND! And he was rude!!!!! We didn’t see one alligator not one! The driver of the airboat was racist and rude. This was a waste of money and you need to be more detailed on your website before people price a NON REFUNDABLE ticket. Being on a bus for over a hour in 90 degree weather should be refundable. Money pit! We could have drove there and paid just to get in. If the summer is a bad time because it so hot, let consumers know that on your website. You robbed me legally! I am pissed!!!!
