Best bang for your buck - This is my second time booking this tour through Viator (last time was November 2022). This time, we actually saw a few alligators on the boat tour, which my wife loved. The thing is, for $30/person, you really cannot beat the experience for the price. It's an hour long ride each way, which is a pleasant ride on a double-decker bus, the airboat experience is about 35 minutes, and then you can see some large gators in captivity and pet a small gator before the bus brings you back. I would recommend this same tour to anybody going to Miami.

A tour around Miami and. The Everglades - Airboat ride thru the Everglades and petting the baby allegators and the talk about allegators. The driver was a great entertainer and driver. It was fantastic

Bus ride follies - On May 25, I arrived at 8:20am to get my “sticker” to board a bus for the Everglades tour. I was told there is a mandatory tip of $2 person in cash only. While I paid it, it is a reprehensible bait and switch tactic. I have the receipt. Once at Sawgrass Everglades Park, we were told on the bus intercom least three times to be on back the bus by 12:00pm. At 12:05pm, we were on the bus and the bus departed Sawgrass Everglades Park. After 20 minutes the bus turned around at Flamingo Rd exit off I-595 and returned to Sawgrass Everglades Park. At 12:50pm I watched three people get on the bus. The bus then let people off at the Miami Convention Center and finally returned to where we boarded at 305 Lincoln at 2:10pm Why didn’t the driver do a passenger count at 503 Lincoln and match that count before leaving Sawgrass Everglades Park? Why did the driver return for at least three people when the departure time of 12:00pm was made clear three times?

Bad - The people at the counter were rude and unhelpful. They demanded extra fees. It’s a scam don’t waste your money.

Very worst tour ever i went so far - Very horrible tour. Worst staff Waited for the bus almost 2 hours from the time they mentioned. Bus arrived it did not start and no AC for the whole one hour drive to and from the location for airboat ride. We could have seen more alligators in our community complex in Tampa. I cannot describe how horrible this trip this. Dont recommend this company for the customers. I would have rated 0 if it was available. Very very very very worst tour and bullying staff.

Never Again!! - The entire setup was disastrous. I had no idea we were going to a center to wait almost two hours for a bus. When the bus finally arrived, there was no air conditioning. We were miserable the entire time. People were literally begging to be let off early, so they could walk in the fresh air and breathe more easily. When calling to inquire about the trip, and certain other pertinent information, someone kept answering the phone and hanging up. When they finally answered, they were automatically annoyed that I kept calling back. The man was very rude and dismissive.

The worst experience of my life for the moment - AVOID THIIS COMPANY !!! Profesional thieves. After booking a tour of the everglades park from Miami, we were told that the bus picking us up would not have air conditioning and that the trip would only last 45 minutes. (Which wasn't true, it'll take 1h30) then once we'd left, the bus broke down on the Miami expressway and we had to wait for over an hour and a half for a replacement bus, staying on the expressway with all the dangers that goes with it. Then, once on the other bus, the driver offered to take the tour anyway, which wasn't possible given the 2.5 hours we'd already lost. When we got back to the agency, the manager didn't refund our money and told us he had no right to do so because it wasn't his agency and, what's more, the park was open and we'd decided not to go. The only thing they offer is to reschedule the tour at a later date or a 50% refund. Above all, the agency only accepts CASH. From that moment on, it was clear that the theft of our money was well organized. I advise you to go directly to the Everglades on your own and book a company already present in the park.

Heat Sickness due to company negligence - Absolutely appalling experience with Miami Double Decker. They epitomize everything wrong with the tour industry. Not only were they egregiously late, but they endangered the lives of approximately 100 passengers and the driver by subjecting us to scorching heat without AC for hours. Multiple individuals required medical attention due to their negligence. The tour itself was a far cry from what was advertised, and their refusal to issue refunds is a testament to their scam-like practices. Their insistence on cash-only transactions seems designed to evade accountability. Beware: Miami Double Decker/Miami Tours/ Miami sightseeing tours is a danger to both your wallet and your safety.
