Best Big Bus Tour - I have done the Big Bus Tour in New York, London, and Paris. This one was the most organized and efficient. We did it on a Saturday, and it was very busy but we never had to wait long for the bus. What was also very efficient is the main stop - Bayside Marketplace - had many staff to help answer questions.

Wonderful learning experience - If you want to get to know what Miami has to offer I recommend you take a hop on The Hop On Off Bus. You get to visit Bayside, Little Havana, Wynnwood, Design District, & South Beach. You can get on and off the bus at these locations to get a better feel of the neigjborhood. Great option to catch some sun while learning lots of wonderful details about Miami.

Escape with bathroom 😃 - Excellent city tour with good frequency and the possibility to stop 2 hours in Ocean Drive to swim, still being able to see all the points of interest (Miami actually does not have many) , however pleasant and at a fair price.

Long, hot, crowded and boring - Expensive for what it is. Traffic takes too long to get around. Not enough buses. Awful experience if downstairs as too hot. Doesn’t go down ocean drive on day tour, just drops off at Washington Ave. commentary stopped working. Commentary when it was working was cheesy, annoying and asked for tips constantly. Did the boat tour, nice views but commentary was average. First words from the captain were about tips for the bar staff. People are obsessed with tips in Miami and it’s expensive already. Was also booked on the night tour but kids couldn’t face another trek round in the traffic and due to the poor experience already, didn’t want to ruin their holiday. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately, just get Ubers, walk to see the places you want to. South beach is the best area. The big bus staff were very polite and helpful.

Not really a tour - The bus tour is recorded & the sights it talks about is minimal. It's a expensive way to ride & see alot of things with no explanation. It's a high-end city bus. A live tour guide would be better for a $109

Bad service and very long waits, does not fulfill what is said - We travel with young children and the service is very bad, does not meet the frequency of passing and the app does not inform well where the different buses are. I do not recommend it for any reason. Very bad.

It started well on stop... - It started well on stop 1, but when we got off at the walls, we could not get back on the bus for 2 hours. Finally when we got on, it was over filled with extremely high temperature, that almost made us faint and we had to get off the next stop and never got to the Little Havana where we planned to have lunch or dinner. Too few busses on the weekend for too many people. Would never do it again or recommend this to anyone. This experience ruined our day. Waist of time and money.

This was a horrible... - This was a horrible experience. They cancelled buses due to traffic and left people stranded at bus stops. Customer service was abysmal.

DON"T USE - The bus picked us up at the port and charged to our on ship payment. bus was over crowded . The trip was a bit long due to the amount of people on it When we finally got to Little Havana, The bus was 35 minutes late. The wait line had over 30 passengers waiting, we had to show our wrist bands to show we were going to be late for our ship boarding . They allowed so many people on the bus the font tires were bottoming out on the bus. Top speed 20mph, (on the highway). The bus scraped the curb when parking. This was very dangerous !
