- Colonia Roma - The area that currently occupies was what was known until the late nineteenth century as the Potreros de la Romita, located west of what was the town of La Romita -located at that time on the shores of Mexico City, and originated in a prehispanic town called Aztacalco. Those paddocks were divided by the Calzada de Chapultepec, SA Land Company, whose main shareholder was Walter Orrin, 6 who, in addition to being known for his ideas to improve and renovate Mexico City, owned a famous circus in the country in those years, in which acted the famous English clown Richard Bell, who belonged to the prestigious Jockey Club and was part of the highlights in the Porfirian high society. Since then and until now, the names that lead the streets of the colony are those of the Mexican cities that Cirque Orrín visited during his tours through the interior of the country, deciding to name the streets with the names of the places where more applause He received.

Try lots of food and experience the vibrancy of CDMX - We loved our time with Carlos! Tasted amazing tacos we never would have tried and learned so much about this vibrant city. Definitely arrive hungry as we could have been rolled out, but worth it for sure!!

Absolutely amazing - What a great experience we had with Victoria. She was very knowledgeable of the area and it's history . Also very friendly . The tacos where bombbbbb lol. The mezcal was just as good . Would definitely recommend .

A MUST do! - Book this immediately! A great way to see different parts of the city, experience food stops you probably wouldn't otherwise know and learn about the city! Carlos and Christian are amazing-worth every penny and more.

Fantastic taco and mezcal tour, totally stuffed by the end with amazing food. - We went to 4 different taco spots as well as a very cool bar where we had some fantastic mezcal. We did not speak Spanish and our guide was super helpful in getting us an awesome array of different types of tacos at all these spots. I was totally stuffed at the end and had some fantastic tacos. Awesome tour for sure. 5/5 stars.

Tacos! Tacos! Tacos! - What a fun night! Our guide was awesome. Loved that it was a private tour and we got picked up and dropped off. It was also nice to have a break from walking as well. We went to four places and had such a good variety of tacos. It was really interesting to learn about all the different styles. I was so full at the end, I couldn’t eat another bite. Highly recommended!

You must do this tour!! - Hands down one of the best experiences. Our driver Juan and our guide Carlos were amazing! We had the best time, ate some of the most delicious food. We went to three locations, and it was a blast, the first location was absolutely amazing, and our last stop changed life, that bean and cheese tostada was indescribable. Carlos also helped me practice my Spanish, much appreciated. Best team ever! Will do again when I come back to CDMX.

Fabulous! - Carlo was an amazing tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and loved all the stops especially the final two that were featured in Netflix's Taco Chronicles. Absolutely terrific!

Nice tour but overpriced - Very expensive for what you get. Nice tour guide, but charging almost $200 per person to visit 3 taco stands and a mezcal bar for 1 drink is significantly overpriced compared to other experiences we had in CDMX
