Fishing - Friendly captain, explanation of where to go and how to get there was great! We got to keep the fish, they prepared them at the marina and a restaurant prepared it for us. 10/10 would recommend this experience!

Excellent time in Cabo San Lucas - We had an amazing time! Raymondo Curiel, our tour provider with Nexus tours, made excellent recommendations! We also enjoyed the Camel Safari and trip to Todos Santos.

The party on the snorkel trip was amazing. The boat was amazing. It’s amazing. - The tour was amazing enyoyed very much with my friends Oscar nexus rep was awesome!! I highly recommend going! The trip we took on the catamaran boat was awesome. The crew was great, and the food was delicious and it had amazing views.

Buyer Beware - This tour we bought through Sunwing. I think that the captain and your guide were wonderful. They made sure that our trip was safe. Very helpful to all entering and getting out of the boat. The glass bottom was cool. We were able to see many species of fish.
The trip was supposed to offer some water. Also from the description I thought we were going to get time at Lovers Beach but we did not. I was disappointed.
Also, the cancellation policy is horrible when you wake up in the morning and know you can't go they charge 15 USD for each person to change the date.
Many other operators will do it for cheaper. I think it is just another way for Sunwing to rape customers out of money.

Long waits and hidden fees - I had the misfortune of having my airport transfer and excursion planned by Nexus. Upon arrival at the airport, they had us wait for over an hour outside in the heat. They did not have transportation ready for us. Additionally, they charged $60 in extra fees for our excursion. They had poor customer service, hidden fees, and made our experience very negative. I would not recommend them at all.
