Worth the ride - I had been to Xochimilco before but this is definitely the best way to see the canals and appreciate the nature. The kayaks are in good condition and is fairly easy to navigate even if you don't have any experience, I also felt pretty safe because we were provided with life wests. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place where we had lunch was great and I really enjoyed seeing the landscape. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in having a unique experience in Mexico City.
