Beautiful day trip - The tour was great and our tour guide was lovely and explained everything really clearly. Just be prepared for a whole day trip otherwise it was beautiful

Avatar pools!!! Infinity pools!! - Renee and Mario were awesome! Very informative from start to finish. Bus was clean. Stops to eat along the way we're good. Recommendations from Mario were very beneficial for the things we needed and at the pools.

Must-see day trip from Mexico City - Right from pick-up to drop-off, our guide Alexa and driver Frederico did everything necessary to make this the perfect day trip to Tolantongo from Mexico City. The site itself is stunning and although it’s a long drive that would be too far by yourself, on the tour shuttle it is manageable, especially with the pit-stops along the way for Mexican treats. I highly recommend Amigo Tours for this well-priced day trip.

Amazing! Want to do it again! - The views were so amazing and I loved every part of this trip. We got more than enough time to checkout everything. Andy was amazing and made the experience even better, would love her as a guide in the future. This was my favorite tour on my trip to Mexico City.

Best tour of Tolantongo! - Our guide, Alicia, and driver Alberto were the nicest people we’ve ever met! Felt really welcomed and safe to and from our destinations. Alicia was communicative and helpful throughout. There were about 7 of us young gals and she made sure we were all counted for every time. The caves were beautiful as well as the hot springs. Remember to bring a waterproof case or bag for your phone if you want to take photos at either locations. Overall, a girls trip to remember!!

The greatest private tour ever :) - Our girls trip wouldn’t have been complete without this private tour and the best tour guide ever Alicia! She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had without hesitation. Our day started with the van/bus picking us up at 6:30am, stopping for breakfast around 10:30am (after a quick unforeseen detour off the usual main road), arriving at the river around 1:00pm, ending the afternoon at the hot springs pools, and now almost back to our Airbnb ~8pm. I definitely recommend having a waterproof case on your phone so you don’t have to worry about a thing while you’re enjoying the views :)

Amazing experience - Alicia was an AMAZING tour guide!! She’s so sweet, absolutely love her energy so much. Having her and Alberto bring us to the hot springs was great. I felt safe and at ease even when the roads got closed down. They were able keep things moving and light and we had no worries and got to enjoy everything.

Fine as a transport... - Fine as a transport option but not really a tour (no information was given about Grutas - it was very much just a drop off and pick up). We left Mexico City 45 minutes after we were meant to leave, and immediately stopped c.30 mins into the 4 hour drive. The way home took 5 hours because of some issues with petrol. Not sure it was worth the price, given its organisation.
