Awesome Guide for Kids and Adults - Hermes was an amazing guide. He had so much knowledge to share and made the tour interesting and enjoyable for me and my wife, while keeping my six year old son entertained and engaged the whole time. An excellent day all around.

Excellent site and staff - The staff that accompanied us had the best explanations, you could see their knowledge and love for what they do, incredible place! The mural museum complements 100% the visit to the pyramids to culturally understand what Teotihuacan was.

Great tour with Christian Ortega and Edgar. - Edgar our driver was prompt, picked us up in a comfortable van, and drove safely. Our tour guide Christian Ortega was top notch, he is passionate, knowledgeable and so respectful of the people, science and history of Teotihuacán. He brought picture books that helped explain what they used to look like. He also knows all the best photo spots. We went on the morning tour, 7am pick-up and I was glad we brought layers because it was chilly when we started the tour but the area heats up quickly. I appreciated that Christian and Edgar told us about our included options, a market and lunch in the area, but they weren’t pushy about it. One of our kids wasn’t feeling the best that day so I was grateful that I booked a private tour, Christian was very kind and patient with us. We opted to head back to the city right after we finished with the third pyramid and museo and Edgar was there waiting, ready to roll.

Great private tour experience - We booked an early morning private tour. Our driver Edgar was prompt, friendly and a safe driver. We met our lovely tour guide Christian Ortega at the entrance of the archeological zone. He gave us so much history about the people, history, construction, and science of Teotihuacán. Highly recommend taking a tour with him, he is very kind, knowledgeable, bought guide books with pictures that help explain what the area looked like and knows the best photo spots. He was very patient and engaging with our kids. Appreciated that they gave us the options to go to the local market/restaurants but nothing is required. Appreciated going at our pace, especially with children in tow. Go early to avoid the heat and crowds. Gracias, Edgar and Christian!
