Great trip - highly recommended. A bit pricey, but worth it! - Ruben was a great guide. He was exactly on time, his English is very good (for those who need English guides) and gave exactly the right amount of information, and was very consistent.

Amazing place, exceptional guide - We had the great fortune to have Yiordi as our guide. His knowledge, kindness, curiosity, and friendliness made for a fun and interesting tour. Teotihuacàn is an impressive place with an enormous amount of ground to cover and we found the small additional expense of a private tour extremely well worth it.

Great summary of teotihuacan - It was good to start early in the morning as it got too hot by 11am. Ruben was friendly and knowledgeable on the history and archaeology of the area. He allowed us to keep to a comfortable pace and was thoughtful with regards to excessive walking. This is a good and concise tour if you want to maximise your time in Mexico City.

Our tour guy Andrew was... - Our tour guy Andrew was really nice person. But I don't think he is good for tour guide. First he was late. I understand for traffic and it was totally OK with us but if he is professional tour guide, he should check traffic before so he can prepare. Then he is not late for 30min. Second, except me, my folks don't speak English so all I asked is take group photo. He did good for that but while we were walking together, he was on the phone with someone for long time. He said he had situation with company but since we are paying this company, he should focus on us. Last, even we didn't ask him to explain about pyramids, his personality isn't fit for tour guide. Too shy.
