Highlights
- Piramides De Teotihuacan - our guides will give you a tour with an explanation of the main area of the Teotihuacán pyramids
- Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe - General tour of the area of temples inside the Basilica with a visit to the mantle of the Virgin (30 minute transfer from Tlatelolco)
- Tlatelolco - tour where the guide will explain each of the historical stages within the square of the 3 cultures (30 minute transfer)
- San Martin de las Piramides - Before entering the pyramids we will learn about some of the main inventions of the Teotihuacan culture and we will have a tasting that includes “the drink of the gods” and tequila (1 hour transfer from the basilica)
- San Martin de las Piramides - Our guide will take you to one of the best restaurants in the area, where you will be given time to eat food if you require it (5 minutes by car from the tasting in the town of San Martin).
- Mexico City - After the pyramids our guide will be in charge of taking you to your hotel or meeting point where I board

One of the best day tours! - If you’re looking for a wonderful tour of the Teotihuacan Pyramids, Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Mexico City look no further than Ortega Travel Tours. The tour guide, Christian is friendly and very knowledgeable of the city and the history of Mexico. He patiently explains the neighbourhoods and notable attractions in great detail.
The van is clean and comfortable, with a careful driver so good for small to midsized groups. So if you’re looking for an insightful inexpensive tour book with Ortega Travel via Tripadvisor or Viator! Can’t wait to book more tours on my next visit to CDMX. Thanks again guys!
