Dawn of Adventure

The alarm buzzed at an ungodly hour, but the promise of a hot air balloon ride over the ancient city of Teotihuacan was enough to jolt me out of bed. As a former extreme sports athlete, I’ve chased adrenaline across the globe, but this was a different kind of thrill—a serene yet exhilarating experience that promised to be unforgettable. My group of thrill-seekers and I were picked up in a comfortable van, setting the tone for a day that was as smooth as it was exciting.

Arriving at the launch site, we were greeted with hot coffee and pastries, a thoughtful gesture that warmed us against the crisp morning air. The anticipation was palpable as we watched the crew prepare the balloon, the massive canvas slowly inflating and coming to life.
