Best event of CDMX - Took my daughters and mother and everyone enjoyed the show. It was a real luxury to be dropped off at front door, have tickets, and not have to stand in the long line.

Luis stayed in contact... - Luis stayed in contact and provided assurance that we would be taken care of. At the theater, I felt sick and the person who accompanied our driver ran to get me water, which was necessary.

Unique Ballet Folklorico at the Castle - Ballet was fabulous. It was different than other ballet folklorico because it had the nativity story and traditional Mexican dancing. Wonderful.

Don't miss this Christmas event! - This was the highlight of our Christmas in Mexico City. Viator made it quite easy to arrive at the gates in time to get wonderful seats with a map and instructions for reaching the castle. Our driver was waiting for us immediately after the performance. The performance was an astounding display of costumes, music and dancing, all based on Mexican traditions. The castle background was stunning. I really felt it was Christmas in Mexico.

Amazing performance, disappointing transport - The performance was beyond expectations. The included transportation was late to pick up causing great anxiety. Next time, we will avoid Viator and purchase folklorico tickets on our own.

Show was awesome. Ride was OK. - The show was amazing. The pickup was a little uncomfortable as I had to ride in the front middle seat -- it was very tight and close to the windshield which made me feel unsafe. The driver also didn't pick up and drop off in a strategic manner, so the rides were longer than they needed to be. The "small" group tour was ~12 people which felt large to me.

Poor communication - Not organized tour. Did not inform me someone will meet me for tickets. We got there and we had to wait around for someone to show up. They bought tickets on Ticketmaster.com and charge you double the price. Tranportation was provided but you could purchase tickets from Ticketmaster.com and get Uber there back and forth would be much better. Transportation company is another third party. He did not know what time to pick up. We had to wait around for 30 mins. This is my first experience booking this website and was not very good. I complained to the person who contacted me and he knows it was their fault.

Purchase ticket on your own - So we paid around 350 dollars for two tickets to the show and transportation. This was supposed to include vip entry as well. This is a complete joke and waste of money, if you purchase your own ticket it is around 50 dollars, and 20 dollars for an Uber. So this was a complete waste of money. There was no vip entry, we were dropped off in front the theatre and handed our tickets. You can purchase your own ticket at Ticketmaster, and your own PRIVATE Uber. Also our tickets were for 8pm, however we booked 6pm. BEWARE
