Non-existent tour activity - I thought there was a concrete place to go to and begin the tour, but it turned out that participants were directed to start the tour in the middle of the Zócalo. That was so vague! I asked for a refund and don't remember if they issued one.

Run by an app - I could not work out how to do the downloaded app so gave up. I am not young, and although I am good at technology, I could not understand how to access the software - so disappointed. I was expecting a human being - not to walk around by myself listening to an app on my phone,
