Additional Information

Our journey will take us to a family-run, artisan workshop that specializes in sphere crafting. They will share the intricate process of creating these handicrafts that have even garnished the Vatican. Ever thought of decorating a sphere? Now’s your chance! Next, we head to the heart of Chignahuapan where the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception stands, safeguarding a 12-meter tall, wood-carved image inside. Our expedition then leads us to the magical town of Zacatlán, visiting a fruit wine factory where you will be introduced to the production process and get to sample their products. A stop at the Zacatlán tile and glass mural - a unique spectacle in Mexico - is also on the agenda. This mural is adorned with thousands of glass, talavera, and mirror pieces, forming 12 large apple-shaped mosaics each depicting symbols representing Zacatlán and its proud people. Don’t miss the stunning view from the Mirador de Cristal and a photo opportunity at the floral clock.

Zacátlan y Chignahuapan Puebla - It is a beautiful place. It has many types of drinks and they are delicious. There is a glass bridge that has a fantastic view. Different types of crafts that characterize it. I recommend it, especially if you want to climb the glass bridge, there are many natural places to visit and the food is delicious.
