We will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel at the time you have selected and once you meet us, we will start your trip to Teotihuacan with a duration of approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival in Teotihuacan we can leave you in a balloon, port, restaurant or door of your choice so that you can visit the city of the gods. We will wait for you at an agreed point and you will have 6 hours before returning to your hotel in CDMX.

Worth it! - Hector was great! He showed up on time. Was a good driver and offered us hats. For the same cost for two to ride a bus with a bunch of people. This gave us control of our experience with a personal touch!

We had very pleasant... - We had very pleasant experience with Carlos... he was at our hotel right on time. Informed us clearly about pick up and drop.. accommodated our request to change drop point without asking a question.. car was very clean..

Efficient option - Our driver Ricardo was courteous and on time. We got a text before he arrived. I was traveling with older family so he suggested the most efficient route. We got dropped off at door 5 and as promised he was waiting for us at door 3. He had cold drinks for us. Turned the AC on for a comfortable ride back to the hotel. Definitely the way to go if you’re traveling with older family and don’t want a tour guide. I prefer to wander on our own.

Great Experience - Very helpful driver. It took us some time to connect, which was not the driver's fault, but the airport employee's. We given conflicting information. Once connected, great experience.

Private Transportation to Teotihuacan from CDMX - It was a good trip with Ricardo. We got a call and a text the night before the trip to confirm pick up area. Ricardo came on time to our door to pick us up, and picked us up by the gate #3 when we were exiting Teotihuacan. He saw us and drove directly toward us, we did not have to look for his car. We felt safe and comfortable. He gave us nice cold bottles of water after 3 hours of walking under a hot sun. The trip was excellent, I would recommend this service.

Truly Excellent! - Amazing service! Etienne the owner, took us to the pyramids and also to the airport. He is friendly, patient, was extra nice to our kids and took the time to answer our questions and also to drop and pick us up patiently/without any hurry from our hotel to our destinations. His van is super comfortable too and he even played our Apple Music playlists for us. Would recommend Etienne and Excellentravel to anyone visiting CDMX!

Great car service - Excellent service. On time, safe and clean. We got to the pyramids before the crowds and were back at our hotel by lunch time. Picked up and dropped us at our hotel.
