The program will commence with a structured meditation session, led by a seasoned instructor who will guide participants on a personal voyage to establish a connection with their inner selves. Accompanied by breath control practices, this guidance will aid in the alleviation of stress and help attendees to become fully immersed in the present.
Following the attainment of a relaxed and introspective state, guests may choose a comfortable posture, whether seated or reclined. At this juncture, the authentic auditory exploration begins. A skilled conductor will perform a variety of instruments live, delivering a distinctive and profound auditory encounter.
As the performance unfolds, attendees will experience the diverse vibrations emanating from each instrument. Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls will envelop the room in melodious vibrations, while metal drums will plunge them into deep, echoing sounds, and the gentle tunes of flutes and drums will introduce an added layer of peace and consonance.
