Delicious and informative - This activity was very intimate in that there can only be a small group participating. The Mezcals were all very interesting, and the Moles blew our mind how different delicious and interesting they can be. Are Sommelier Danny was super friendly and stopped to answer our questions at any time. A few of us went into the experience, thinking we didn’t like Mole, and came out of it with a new appreciation and love for it.

Who knew we loved Mole!? - We really enjoyed our experience with Mezcal and Mole in Mexico City. We learned so much about how both are made and can be enjoyed together. The two compliment their flavors in so many different ways. We had no idea there were different delicious types of Moles. You have the opportunity to purchase what you taste and our mezcal Sommelier, Danny was friendly and stopped to answer any and all of our questions.

One of the most unique things we did in Mexico City - We could not recommend this experience more! We especially loved the mole! We had no idea there were so many different kinds. The setting was perfect and a small group. And our guide had an incredible palette and history to be teaching us. I was especially impressed how our guy dealt with the pretty drunk side of the room. She still answered all the questions and kept Eid her control of the situation even when there’s a lot of loud . We want to travel around Mexico more to taste agave spirits, and the different types of mole. We came home with two packs of mole and a bottle of chocolate Mezcal. Book it.

Fantastic Friday with Mole and Mezcal - I love both mezcal and mole do this class was a no-brainer. The two hours flew by as we tasted and learned about all the different moles. One mole stood out to me and I was able to buy a pack of it at the end.

Excellent unique experience - Excellent and unique experience, there is so much to learn about both Mescal and Mole. Each one is different and well matched with each other. Mariana led us expertly through the 7 chosen varieties of each, explaining the subtle differences and how they have been paired.

Amazing but too loud - The mole and mezcal were amazing and it was very interesting to explore the flavors produced by different agaves. The presenter was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the venue really interfered with the experience. It was in a small room with all hard surfaces and no sound baffling. About 12 people drinking mezcal and talking loudly was an intense cacophony that made it hard to hear the presenter or even the person sitting next to me. This is a big defect but the content was very good.
