A good tour for the price. - The ride was enjoyable. The view from the top level was what we’d hoped . We had to try different seats because the English language earbuds didn’t work in all the seats. The panels that didn’t work also has shorts since l got a small shock from them. We were lucky to find 2 that worked.

Night lights of Mexico City! - This night tour gives you a general idea of how Mexico City at night, specially for first timers in this great city. The night lights were really nice to see. Be sure to bring your own earphones with a single connection since they don't provide it, you can choose your language. I'm glad to have seen other people's suggestions in bringing your own earphones, otherwise, it would not have been as enjoyable.

It was fine. - We wanted an easy way to see some historical sights since we were on a tight timeline. This met that criteria. Although I will say it was really lackluster. We weren’t given headphones so we just drove around and saw things with zero context.

Great Views but no English - Great night time views of Mexico City from the top of a double decker bus. Despite the tour description the audio commentary was broadcasted in the bus in Spanish only and no headphones with an English commentary were offered which was disappointing. I would make sure that you get an English commentary to enhance your experience of the tour.

Chaotic - Finding the company these tickets belonged to was chaotic. An American family from Ohio and me spent over 35 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. There are two different companies located at the pick up point on the side of the Cathedral: Turibus and Capital Bus. Both of them would point at each other saying the tickets did not belong to them as barcodes would not scan in their machines. Eventually, digging deep in the Viator app (no confirmation PDF or tickets were ever received by email) we found out the tickets were to be used with Turibus. That would not be enough as confirmation for Turibus, the staff kept messaging people on WhatsApp trying to verify our tickets back in the head office we assume. Once the tickets were eventually verified, they wanted us to line up with everybody else, around 75 people, no way! Once we made it on the bus, it took us good 20 minutes to travel 4 blocks since traffic in Mexico City is horrendous, and the same happened on the way back. Views were okay, info was interesting, basic earphones are provided.
