Not good for non-Spanish speakers - We took the blue and green line. On both buses was no audio in different languages possible. One the blue line there was at least Spanish and English announcements, on the green line there was only Spanish. Its very difficult to tell when a bus comes at each stop, so maybe a timetable at the stops would be useful.

Medium - The people waiting on the BUS station did don not speak English. They did not know the correct schedule for the busses. Forget to give me headphones (the driver corrected their mistake).

Some tweaking is required. - I’m writing this to be helpful to other travellers and offering positive suggestions to the tour operator. Firstly, the address I was given, to get my wristband was incorrect. It’s not at the hotel on Av. 5 de Mayo, but around the corner on C/ Monte de Piedad. Thats the place where the bus departs from. A friendly lady, who works at that hotel, helped me, by calling the tour operator for the correct information. A simple update of the text templates will avoid this problem. I found the bus stop and checked in for my wristband. I was asked which language I would prefer for the tour, (I chose English), and was told to return in 45 minutes, which I did. Unfortunately, the tour commentary was in Spanish. But, the commentary is not live, it’s recorded. That’s perfectly fine, but why not play the English (and French, Italian, German etc) versions, too? It made no sense to me. If it’s not live, play all the languages. Happily it’s something that can, and should, be rectified easily. Apart from those issues (which I’m sure management will address rápidamente), the tour was very enjoyable. Pro Tip: Avoid taking the tour during rush hours. CDMX traffic can be painfully slow. ¡Disfruten!

Very disappointing. - Wait time between buses was 45 minutes. Also, pick up places were not marked well. Not all seats had functioning ear phone plugs.

Couldn’t find the bus line station - Went to the address listed on the website to pick up a wristband. Turns out the tour bus hadn’t been on Liverpool st for years. Where to find the bus stop to get the wristband??? No response. I didn’t want to waste another Uber ride to the other address as it was already late in the day. The tour may work for established hotels as the concierge may be able to get current information. I don’t know but information on the web page is incorrect.

Not very good - We were not very happy with the trip. The bus picked up in limited spots in Mexico City. The other bus tours had multiple stops and pick ups throughout the city. We would like to get a refund if possible.

No English! - Don't expect english guide or spoken word. We went around the city, not knowing where to hop in again. We got off the bus and teo hours later bus never showed up at the same spot. We did not learnt anything. All Spanish.

Didn't bother stopping for us - Hoped on and off, then we tried to hop back on and the driver decided not to stop. Had to wait an additional half hour for the next one. Should have used Turibus

PIck up our tickets WHERE ??? - Show the driver your confirmation of your booking on your cell phone, NOT Require us to drive a great distance to pick up the tickets once we have booked the trip ! My confirmation indicated that er had a 30 minute drive to pick up the Tickets. NO WAY ! I tried to CANCEL the bookings for two days. Who Knows if they were canceled or not.
