A wonderful introduction to Mexican cuisine! - We had an incredible experience with Julieta! We started off by making salsa verde, and then onto guacamole, sopes, chicken tinga and rajas con crema 😋 She was a wonderful guide, explaining the cultural context, steps and moving us through the different dishes. The three hours flew by, and it was a delicious introduction to Mexican cuisine. I'd recommend this class for beginners especially, since the steps were easy to follow and Julieta is a patient and thorough guide!

So so so much fun!! - Julieta’s class is AMAZING! My husband and I were the only ones. We made lemonade, salsa verde, guacamole, nopales salad, rajas con crema, chicken tinga, and sopes. It was so much food and so delicious. She guides you easily through the process and is so patient. She has great music taste and a very friendly personality. Her English is fantastic! We went home with full bellies and full hearts. We cannot recommend this activity enough!!

Great experience learning how to cook authentic Mexican food - We loved our cooking class with Julieta! She is such an experienced chef (has worked in Argentina, France, USA and of course, Mexico) and we got lots of “pro chef tips” which were fab. She speaks fluent English and had no trouble understanding my Irish accent! We made 7 different things; the food was SO good. We will definitely try to replicate the recipes at home! Thank you Julieta!

Cook with Julieta, child! - Julieta was fantastic, teaching my wife and me to make green and red salsas and seven dishes including chicken tinga, chorizo and papas, nopales salad, guacamole, sopas, frijoles negros, chilaquiles and lemonade. Enough to feed six well! Everything was ready to go, including recipes (en Español). Julieta is friendly and engaging and speaks great English. A super fun experience!

Awesome Mexican cooking class with great chef Julieta - We originally wanted to do a tortilla making course but it was not being run at this time. The Learn How to Cook Mexican Food course was recommended. My partner and I attended Julieta's class and we do not regret it! Julieta's knowledge was excellent. It was very hands-on and Julieta had amazing knowledge of the ingredients, the history of dishes and Mexico itself. We learned a lot about the ingredients. What was really valuable was that all of the recipes are ones that we can make at home . The ingredients are ones that we can get in Australia. I have done cooking classes over time and there are many occasions where they are not dishes that you could easily make at home or include ingredients that no normal household could get. Finally, Julieta is a delight and it was a pleasure doing a class with her in her working kitchen. I would totally recommend doing this class. The three hours flew by!

Great way to spend an evening with a wonderful chef - My wife and I attended Julieta's class after finding out about it through Facebook. Needless to say, it was one of the best ways we could have spent our Friday night! Julieta, the host/chef, is amazing, and the recipes were so good. I highly recommend!

Cooking class - Very good cook workshop! The workshop is in a small but professional kitchen with al the necessary equipment. I really enjoyed the knowledge of Julieta. You get to know al the ingredients that Mexican families use at home. You cook everything bye yourself so nothing is prepared in advanced which made the workshop even more interesting. And in the end you enjoy all the food you just made!
