Excellent - Excellent experience in the balloon, it was a very good tour at a good price, they were always attentive to us. We have scheduled other tours with them and they have always been very good experiences.

Breath taking ! - A breath taking experience. The driver was amazing , picked us up from our hotel and drove us around to each event. Very pleasant. Flew over and also walked to each pyramid.

Amazing Experience - Would definitely recommend. Its an amazing experience. A little mix-up with our reservation at the last minute but they fixed it and we were able to go up. I would arrive a little early just to check in and stuff.

Great excursion to Teotihuacan!! - Bring up in the hot air balloon was amazing!! Very smooth ride. The Teotihuacan ruins were very cool to look at and walk around and learn about. Very good day!

We booked the hot air... - We booked the hot air balloon ride for 12 people for a 12 seat balloon. However we were 19 people on the balloon. We were told by the vendor that we could take the ride and if we don’t we will miss it, giving us no choice. Very upset with this treatment. But the view from the balloon over the pyramids was beautiful indeed.

So-so - The trip overall was nice. Tour company did not send an english speaking guide. They were not prompt at replying and I had to call them at 3am (after contacting via whatsapp several times getting no update ) to find out what time they picking us up. The balloon ride squeeze 13 ppl into the basket. The ride itself was amazing.

Find a different tour company. - Take a different tour. This one didn't provide the English speaking guide as promised. No guide at all. They also did stop at the mescal/obsidian souvenir store which we didn't want and want listed. Also 1hour late for pickup.

Not really worth it - The ride itself was beautiful. However, we were made to be picked up at 5am and told that was so could be in the ballon by 6am. We arrived at 6am to be kept waiting outside in the cold until after 7:30am. Although we were the first to arrive, were one of the last to go up. After a short 45 minute hot air balloon ride you are then dropped into a field where several people circle the basket you are stuck in and try to sell you trinkets. You are made to wait in the basket while they deflate the ballon, wrap it all back up and hoist you (while still in the basket) onto the back of a trailer. You are then driven back on very busy roadways on top of the trailer. It was extremely cold, bumpy and dangerous. All in all the ballon ride itself was fantastic, but you spent more than double the time waiting around. Our driver was very nice but we were not provided with an English speaking driver as was stated. It made things difficult and while at Teotihuacan to tour, we could not communicate at all with him.

Worst experience - When we arrived to the location we found out out flight was 5:30a.m they would work us in at 7:30a.m we got on the Ballon at 9:00a.m our driver hit 2 trees, landing was awful hit the floor twice. Basket flipped. The person that picked us up from the crashed told us someone would help us at arrival. No Dr on site to check us out (not I'm in pain) they were more concerned to sell out the photos than our health. They should have cancel us or reschedule but they care more about the money than peoples safety. Btw the pilot has no control of the Ballon, so we flew over bunch of coctus. Not the pyramid.

BUYER BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE - Called the day before to check details and while my 2 $400+ tickets guaranteed pick up, I was informed I had to meet tour guides down the street at 6 am. I agreed since it was a short walk. I checked out of my hotel at 5:30 am and headed out to the tour. When I arrived, I checked my email while waiting and the company cancelled at 1 am in the morning?!? I called and they said it was weather related and hung up on me. Another family that booked through a separate company was there and still going on their tour?!? Sketchy all around.
