We are not located in front of the National Museum of Art (MUNAL) in Plaza Tolsa you will see a sculpture of a man riding a horse the description says it is from Carlos IV king of Spain in that place you will see a guide with a lens, curly hair and a sign with the legend "The crazy compass"
