Don't Hesitate, they're Great! - I highly recommend Blue Bus! I'm more of an independent traveller and this company offered exactly what I wanted. (The other two companies--TuriBus and Capital Bus--that ran services to Teotihuacan had extras that just didn't interest me) --like stopping at an artisan's workshop, eating a buffet lunch. Buying tickets on the Blue Bus website was easy. Their pickup/drop off site is at the Angel of Independence monument in CDMX's Reforma district. They also offer free snacks and drinks on the shuttle ride to/from Teotihuacan. The trip to the pyramids was roughly an hour each way, depending on traffic. They gave you 3 hours to walk around the site which I thought was enough to see things, take pictures, and soak in the immensity of it all. Note: the Teotihuacan site offers almost no shade. Take a hat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and water. We went on a cloudy day in March and it was still warm.

Shuttle service - perfect for my needs. - Our driver was very professional and very cognizant of bumps in the road. It’s a nothing more than a shuttle service (with snacks and beverages) - exactly what I was looking for.

Great option! - Excelent option to travel in a comfortable and safe way to Teotihuacán, without any other stops on the way. The service was excelent, driver super friendly and punctual.

I highly recommend using BlueBus when visiting Teotihuacan - We found BlueBus the day before we planned a trip to Teotihuacan, and were planned on taking an Uber to the bus station and then the bus to ruins. I was so glad we found BlueBus just in time (the night before) as it was exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want an all day event, nor did we want a tour. We just wanted a comfortable ride back and forth and this was exactly what it was ,and then some. Our van was only about half way full, and they provided churros and beverages on the way to the site. There was a video on the ruins we watched on the way there, which was very insightful. The return trip they had beer and snacks, which was a nice touch, and another film on Mexico. They were very professional, on time, and we had about 3 hours at the site. I felt like I could have used another 1/2 hour to an hours, but my husband said 3 hours was plenty. I highly recommend using BlueBus for your visit to Teotihuacan- super simple!

Great service! - I used Blue Bus to go to the pyramids. They had complimentry snacks and water. They arrived 15 minutes before departure. The drive was scenic and without incident. They arrived on time to pick us up and drop us off. Nothing bad to say. Also they had an educational film about the pyramids to watch on the way there.
