Atmosphere among the Ancient Palaces - I'm from Turin, I've been there 6 times and each time it was always new, never predictable. Over the years I have seen many things renewed, in step with the times, if the temperature in the evening is warm the experience in the hydromassage tubs outside becomes even more magical and relaxing.

Always a great experience 👍 - We like it and we benefit from it for the neck, circulation and periodically we carve out a moment to repeat the experience. Of course, during the holiday period a bit of chaos is normal, but in my opinion it's just a matter of common sense and knowing how to organize yourself. Perhaps the only flaw I would give is the small lockers.... For the rest, quality aperitif, functional wellness program, good shower products... to sum up, we always happily go back! It's true that it is more expensive during the holiday period, but the services (such as waterfall and hydromassage) last longer and then you have the entire structure at your disposal.

Disappointing spa experience, unclear water, terrible buffer, only carbohydrates and without the right attention intoler - Disappointing because the whole part of well-being in the diet such as vegetables, fruit, cold cuts, cheeses and desserts is missing

DISAPPOINTED ONCE AGAIN. - For the second time I am disappointed. The sumptuous and elegant ("LUXURY") place that it appears from the outside absolutely does not reflect what is found inside. Both during the week and at the weekend the influx of people is always excessive, you often have to queue both to enter the facilities and to shower in the changing rooms at the end of the day. Around the facility you can find used glasses and dirty handkerchiefs, mold on the walls of the showers and the disinfectant in the hydromassage tubs creates clouds of foam and doesn't allow you to stay for more than 5 minutes because it burns your eyes. If you buy the evening entrance which leaves at 7.30pm you only have an hour to have an aperitif and you risk not finding anything to eat or drink if you don't go at the start of your shift. Aperitif otherwise poor and served in plastic glasses. Some showers were broken and at the end of the day you couldn't even find salt in the scrub rooms. The cost of entry, however, does not change and is decidedly excessive for what the structure offers and its management. It's a shame because it could potentially be a SPA center worthy of this name and the city center in which it is located.

Declining - I've been to the QC Torino several times since they opened but I hadn't actually been there since 2017. It was full of very young couples (it wasn't Valentine's Day) who got busy both in the hydro pools and in the relaxation areas. I remembered the aperitif as healthy with fruit, vegetables, yogurt and so on... instead it was made of fried pizza sandwiches... and the hot herbal teas on the floors of the relaxation rooms and saunas disappeared. Finally, out of six showers, two had problems with the taps... Let's say that for 56 euros for 5 hours I remembered a better service..

Terrible service...impatient employees, it seems like you annoy them...they can't wait for you to leave! - Nice place, but impatient and stressed employees, starting from the ckin... 2 more questions and they go sour, we were kicked out in a bad way at 10.15pm with closing at 11pm by the receptionist inside the relaxation room entering with little grace and rudeness! We were perpetually "spied on" all the time by a security guard who seemed to be following us...a rather annoying presence...so nothing but relaxation. They also kicked us out of the buffet... very poor, at 8.55pm they were already calling us to vacate... in short more than 50 euros... go elsewhere..! and you employees, if you don't feel good where you work, look elsewhere!

Very bad experience - XXL size bathrobes, a poor aperitif that not even in the worst bars... 1 piece of parmesan, 1 piece of salami, four olives, 4 pieces of apple and a buffet of bread, breadsticks of uneatable fried stuff including a fried sage... they have the prices increased but the quality decreased significantly! Plus there was no shampoo or even shower gel in the showers...€66 paid for nothing. Such a pity!

Disappointing disgusting aperitif with what you pay - High price for what it offers! A disgusting aperitif only carbohydrates and very low quality foods, equally poor drinks, it's not the first time I go there every time I find higher prices and poor quality in everything. Guys at the rude reception, in a place like this the quality of the courtesy and of the context should be in first place. Sporcixia almost everywhere from the bathrooms to the relaxation rooms. Disappointment 😟

Extremely rude staff - The structure is very beautiful. But the staff was unspeakably rude. We booked the evening entry for 1/30/24. In the changing rooms, before leaving, the staff literally treated a girl badly who had entered the toilet (10.20pm and therefore fully on time) telling her to hurry up because they had to close. They started washing floors while people were undressed and barefoot. They took away my friend's towel while she was taking a shower. At the reception the staff complained loudly because people were still in the facility (10.45pm therefore fully on time). Luckily we went to the qc spa to relax!!!!!!
