This expedition offers an unforgettable journey, taking in the sights of the Bay of Naples from atop a mountain. Kicking off daily from Naples, the tour pauses at Pompeii to gather the remaining travelers before heading to the base of the volcano. A restaurant stop at this point provides mesmerizing views and local culinary delights. A wine tasting session introduces wines characteristic to the region, produced from local grape varieties, narrating the area’s history through each glass, from Lacryma Christi to Caprettone. The voyage proceeds to a height of 1000 meters, leading to the ticket station from where the trek towards the volcano’s peak begins.
