Wonderful tour - Serena was a wonderful tour guide. She revised the itinerary to ensure that we experienced everything plus some and we visited the attractions when they were less busy. Serena shared pictures, facts and food with us. You won't be disappointed.

Great fun, very beautiful - Had a great time with our guide Giorgio, lots of fun and interesting facts along the way with some free time to spend amongst ourselves on the island. Blue grotto was also open which was amazing. Highly recommend

Once in a lifetime experience - Being able to experience the Blue Grotto was a dream come true! Our tour guide Tiziana was awesome! She got us through the Grotto, before it became super packed! She even had recommendations for great food and gelato while at Capri! Truly a day to remember!

Great experience! - We were lucky enough to visit all the points (blue grotto, Capri and Anacapri). The weather was also sunny and pleasant. Tiziana, our guide, was kind and helpful. For an additional price, we were also able to visit other destinations like the Coral grotto and the Emerald grotto which was an amazing experience. The views were scenic and breathtaking. The chairlift experience (which was also additional) was also unique. Tiziana's tidbits along the way gave us great insights about the place.

Amazing day to last a lifetime - This was the best day for my daughter who is in college. She loved every minute of this day. Alberto was our tour guide. He was inviting & full of energy from the moment we meet him off our cruise ship. Once we where in Capri we where to go to the Blue Grotto first, though after the ferry ride he told us the line for the Grotto was 1-2 hours long. Therefore we went to Anacapri first. Once in AnaCapri we walked around, shopped & grabbed a snack. Though first we did the chairlift. That took us to the highest point in Capri. The views where beautiful. (though I don't recommend staying up there to long) over all that took us 45 minutes. We had 2 hours & we didn't want to waste it eating. From there we went to the Grotto & waited 15-20 minutes in line. The weather was amazing. We are a party of 3 & we did go with another group of 2 a husband & wife & that was fine for us. My family sat together in the boat. This was something Alberto told us that they sometimes do to get the line moving. We where fine with it. If you aren't you can say something. Don't forget to video on your way into the grotto. It's amazing. Now since it wasn't that busy we where able to stay in the grotto for 5-10 minutes. We had an amazing guy. Some people went in & out. The water is beautiful. It's something that you will want to do & take in every moment of it. We went to Capri afterwards & it was lovely. The shopping, the stores, the streets, the view. Amazing. My family will be going back & spending a few days because we just feel in lov with it. Now the people in the stores are so friendly. The Italians I found to be so kind. If you happen to speak French, I found the women loved you even more. lol. I was worried about time, because our ship disembarked @ a certain time. We got on board 15 minutes before ship left port. Alberto told us not to worry because there where so many of us over all on the ferry going to the ship. He was right. Once off the ferry we walked as fast as we could to the ship & had no problem. Alberto even sang to us on the shuttle. The best part is no more than 20 people in 1 group. Note, be able to walk fast. Stay in your group. Make sure you know your meeting spots. I am playing on taking more trips & will defiantly book with Viator again. Extremely happy with our day from start to finish. Thank you Alberto for being an amazing tour guide.

Good organization - The organization was good. The guides were trained and really well prepared. The groups were appropriately large. Unfortunately the grotto was closed, which we found very disappointing. The weather was not the best

Blue Grotto was interesting. Didn't need all the shopping - We booked this trip because my family thought going to the Blue Grotto would be great to see. Personally I feel like the trip is like a four hour tour stretched into a full day. The only thing we really did on the trip was see the Blue Grotto and shop, which for a guy was not my thing. Our trip went like this. Meet at the harbor at 0800. Get on the ferry and travel an hour to Capri. Once at Capri race over to the Blue Grotto. Go to Ana Capri and have lunch and shop. Then travel to Capri and shop. Then travel to the port and shop. It is important to know that when you book this you may not be able to go into the Blue Grotto as it is highly dependent on wind. The small boat skippers need to time getting into the Blue Grotto with the waves. Our guide told us that some days you can wait hours trying to get into the Blue Grotto. We were lucky and got into the Grotto in about 40 minutes. My family liked seeing the Blue Grotto and the island is interesting. I personally wouldn't spend money on this activity and would just take the Ferry over and tour the island. Our guide Teresa was great. She knew that we needed to get over to the Grotto ASAP when we arrived and got us there quickly. Regardless of my feeling about the tour itself Teresa was wonderful and did a fantastic job.
