Absolutely brilliant well worth the pennies - We were looking for an activity on the day we left for the airport. We came across this tour, looking interesting we paid €30 (for two) and made our way to the location. As expected it is the usual Italian confusion, with groups rather than queues, no one listening to instructions, it is expected though. The tour started and went deep underground, the guide (sorry I can’t recall your name) young lady blonde air, English tour 1300 15/05 I will say you are fabulous and made the tour even better. It goes into some really small tunnels that you need to go through sideways, using your phone as a torch, if you are large you may struggle. The history of the tunnels were just amazing, and the hidden theatre well I bet Naples is littered with them waiting to be explored. The area is buzzing and loads to buy, eat and drink. Excellent trip and money well spent

Great experience! - Unique experience. Very interesting, going through tunnels and seeing underground rooms etc. not for the claustrophobic!

Particular - Competent and engaging guides. The ticket purchased from Tripadvisor is open during the opening hours so, unlike what is indicated on the receipt, it is not necessary to wait for the reply email but to show up in advance at one of the visiting times. Some narrow but not dangerous passages although not suitable for claustrophobics.

Interesting but too long! - Naples Underground is a great place to go to discover the tunnels of the past. However, the experience is 1.5 hours long. It really only needs to be an hour. We felt that the second part of the trip was really eeking it out and not as interesting as the first part. Sorry! I would recommend it on the whole though.

Good but the tour guide was a bit of a let down - The actual tour was brilliant but we couldn't understand the tour guide due to her heavy accent. Needless to say it was very informative what we could understand.

Ok… - Tour was interesting but the organisation was poor. Purchased a skip the line tour and was told to go and wait in line for half an hour. Additionally, the “English speaking” tour guide had a very very strong Russian accent which made it incredibly hard to understand.

Good short activity but not well organized. - The actual tour was good. A very large group so would have been better with less people. Very disorganized at the start- signage as to where to line up would help a lot.

Overrated - A little overrated for my taste. There are the “usual” objects from the Second War but I found the explanations succinct on its construction, its different uses throughout the ages. Maybe the guide wasn't having a good day. The long-awaited theater is in fact just an access to the ancient entrance and boxes. In short, interesting but not essential in the form presented.

a rather disappointing visit - Rather disappointing. A long, totally disorganized wait of 45 minutes in front of the site. 15€ per person to pay in cash...(Mmmmhhh, weird!) And finally the guide was English, spoke very quickly and therefore bordered on incomprehensible. The visit is quite quick. Rather disappointed.
