These tours straddle the realms of superior gastronomy - serving as a lens to Italian culture and lifestyle - and a congenial ambulatory adventure with a local acquaintance. This rationale propels our insistence on keeping the groups small; we strive to ensure that each participant gets our undivided attention in order to foster a truly authentic interchange.
Kindly note that the tours are primarily conducted in English, French and Italian. Other languages listed can be arranged if required.

Great tour!! - Gaia was amazing! She took us on a tour of Naples through food providing great stories about the culture and history along the way. This was the perfect tour to share with my teens. Thank you, Gaia, for showing us another side of Naples!!

An excellent tour that gives you a taste of the city - Excellent food tour with local expert. Our guide was welcoming and knowledgeable, friendly and gave us lots of great advice for getting around Naples and experiencing the place. The foods were tasty and gave us a showcase of some of what Naples had to offer as well as helping us to orientate ourselves around the city too. We enjoyed meeting the other groups and families on the tour and getting to sample the great foods. Thank you so much for the excellent experience, would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to get to know Naples better.

Taste of old Naples - Federica is a nice woman who guides you through the old streets of Naples with a good knowledge of the city's food culture and customs.
On the walk you can enjoy everything from classic Neapolitan fast food, cakes, pizza, pasta and beer. At the same time you can feel the pulse of old Naples as you walk through the crowds along Spaccanapoli and see all the different shops.

Walking and food tour of Naples street food - We were a group of 4 and Ciro took such good care of us. He was very knowledgeable and really friendly. We got to see lots of the city and Ciro gave us some great tips of where else to go and see and other places to eat.

Authentic, delicious opportunity to experience Naples as a local. - Ciro was very knowledgeable and passionate about Naples food, history and traditions. The five stops showcased authentic street food - all delicious. Be advised this is truly a walking / standing tour. Limited opportunity to sit during the 3 hours.

Great food and an excellent intro to the history of Naples - Excellent all around. We enjoyed a range of interesting, representative and delicious food, which is to be expected in a place like Naples. But the guide, Mioara makes the whole event very special. Her deep knowledge of Naples’ history and food presented seamlessly was very impressive.

Funny, informative and delicious - The tour was great and a lot of fun! Our guide Federica was great, very talkative and knew everything about the city, food and everything else. Gave us great tips what to see and where to eat. The food on tour was great and all in all very nice experience. We got a glimpse in what the locals eat.

The tour that made us fall in love with Naples! - My husband and I had a quick two-night stop in Naples on our European honeymoon last fall and we thought, what better way to learn about a new city than trying its best street food? And this ended up being one of our favorite parts about our trip! It ended up being so intimate with just my husband and I and the local tour guide from Naples. Because it was just the three of us, she got to go way more in-depth with the history about Naples, historic landmarks/buildings and it ended up being so much more than just the food. She taught us about where pizza was born and showed us where to find the real, authentic pizza. We tried so many different food options that we wouldn't have otherwise even considered but they were all amazing! We ended with the most delicious, authentic gelato as the icing on the cake and our tour guide encouraged us to walk back to our hotel instead of jumping in a cab to further appreciate the romantic city that Naples is. 10/10 such a wonderful tour that we would recommend to anyone visiting! So fun!

Bad food tour - Frederica our guide was not a foodie person, she had no passion for food. We followed her around the city at a snails pace to sample 5 dishes. She did not point out any facts about the city, we walked in pretty much silence. Stop one was for a traditional savoury pastry, and we were dissapointed to see the cafe/bakery was a chain bakery. Also as a group of 7 strangers, why did she purchase only 3 bottles of water? Another stop for ragu was sadly again at a chain restaurant, we had to wait nearly 30 mins for this course which I would have thought should have been ready since it is supposed to cook all day? Again you were lucky to be offered a drink. There was no organisation, no prearranged stops, a lot of waiting around with no chat from the guide. She was actually quite miserable & dull and absolutely not a foodie person. A very poor experience and out of 20 ish food tours I have done all over the world, this was, by far, the worst.
