    You will be pizza chefs for 2 hours with our pizzachef! You will have a detailed lesson from A to Z while having fun together.
    As a first step I will teach you how to make the dough for Neapolitan pizza. You will have the most important skills to make the perfect dough.
    Each couple will make a dough with the recipe for 2 people. You will have the perfect recipe to use at home.
    Then we will try the products used to make the pizza. You will have a detailed explanation of the products of our land. You will taste tomato, mozzarella, homemade bread and olive oil
    Later I will show you the oldest way to divide dough balls. Called “mozzatura”
    I will explain the ingredients to make the margherita pizza. You will take your dough, you will roll it out like a real pizzachef, you will put the ingredients and finally with the help of the baker you will put the pizza on the shovel.
    Finally you will eat your pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan pizza with a good alcoholic drink included. Finally you will also have the pizza chef diploma with your names. A perfect memory for this experience.

Daniele, our Chef was Excellent !!! - This pizza making class was EXCELLENT !!! Daniele, the chef we had, was absolutely brilliant. We have done many tours, etc, during our trip and it is that person who normally makes the tour or breaks the tour. As experienced pasta makers, we had a great time and learnt so so so much. Our group was six people (two did not turn up), which made it very good, but there must have five or six classes and each seemed to be limited to eight people. The explanations and demonstrations of how to do things were great and we each made our own pizza, which was delicious. Absolutely recommend this and ask for DANIELE !!!!

Wonderful time!! - This class was a highlight of my trip to Italy!! I really enjoyed making the dough and then making the pizza. Anthony taught our class and he was great!! We had appetizers and then ate our pizza with a glass of wine (there are alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options). Then we received our diplomas which was awesome!! Mine is framed in my kitchen. I’m looking forward to practicing my pizza making skills when I get home. I’m so thankful to have had this experience!!

So much fun with Anthony - This was such a fun and memorable experience. We loved our class with Anthony. It was not only informative but it was so much fun. I loved his instruction, his tips and the pizza was amazing!

Amazing experience! - We loved learning to make our own pizza! Sam (our instructor) was fun, knowledgeable, and had perfect comedic timing. Learning about all the ingredients and where they came from added to the experience! We got to watch the process from start to finish and saw our pizzas cook in a 800 degree pizza oven. The best part was getting to eat the finished product complete with a local white wine. We were even able to get a recipe for the pizza at the end!

Fun experience with the fabulous Chef Anthony - This was so much fun... our group of four (two parents, two teenagers) enjoyed our time with Chef Anthony providing expertise and humor throughout the process. Each of us made our own personal pizza and they were delicious. Highly recommend.

Great!! - It was a great experience, it was a fun way to learn how to make traditional Naples pizza from scratch. We tasted some appetizers and at the end our pizza was delicious. Chef Anthony is very good with children.

This should be on your Naples list! - Chef Amos was wonderful! The class was so much fun. We learned about the history and the process. And the pizza was delicious. If you are visiting the Naples area, you MUST take this class.

Class with 50+ kids in a basement - this is a “pizza experience” with about 50+ other people in the basement of a pizzeria in Naples. It’s not how it is sold in the pictures - and the crowd is aged 16-18 on average.
