It’s a rarity to find restaurants today that make their own egg pasta – they purchase it off-the-shelf from grocery stores. Eating genuine, homemade pasta is only possible when an experienced chef is involved. Though the recipe is time-honored, most people around the globe get it wrong. I liked it very much! - One stop on my hen party was this beautiful egg pasta lesson with my friends. A really fun and very useful experience. We learned the secrets of this simple but fundamental dish of our tradition in the company of chef Amos who, in addition to being very good, is also very nice. And the gem is that you can eat the pasta you made right away for lunch! Experience truly recommended for people like me who love cooking. Thank you!
