Once in Capri we will take a private coach to start with a drive along a road called Mamma Mia!
First stop is the lovely village of Anacapri. Follow your guide on a walk along Via San Michele to the village’s most significant site and one of Capri’s most-visited attractions, the Villa San Michele(€8 p person). home of the famous Swedish doctor Axel Munthe. Also In Anacapri time will be offered so to take a chairlift to Mt Solaro ( €12) or to dedicate to leisurely activities , your guide will provide all the information to use your free time in the best way. In the afternoon we will go to visit Capri town with a walking tour of Capri town and an optional visit to the Gardens of Augustus. We will be happy to give you recommendations and directions to get the best from the leisure portion .Time to the Blue Grotto if you desire

naples guide - Dominic was our guide, he was fabulous and informative, he made sure we had all transportation and tickets for excursions; he spoke english which made it easier; the tour was quick and easy and he gave us time to explore streets and shop

Capri is a must do!!! The most beautiful island!!! - The excursion is a must do, enjoyed it immensely. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to help accommodate his needs. We were coming from a cruise ship and they made sure we got back on time!!!! Went out of their way to give us peace of mind. Fabrezzio was amazing and lived the beautiful island of Capri.

Excellent - Excellent! Fabrizio and Domenico were attentive and knowledgeable. They spent the entire day ensuring the tour participants had the best time enjoying the island. Highly recommend boat tour to see all the natural formations and enjoy any views.

Do not pass up this amazing tour! - My daughter and I were disappointed that our cruise ship did not offer an excursion to Capri so we booked this trip/tour on our own. The island is beautiful! Do not pass this excursion/tour up. The guides made sure to get us back to our ship on time and centered the tour around what each family/couple wanted to see! We were able to take a boat tour of the entire island and ride the chair lift in a fabulous day!

Capri & blue grotto with Anna & Dominic - This was a mother son operation and I have to say it was amazing. The port was insanely busy and she kept checking on us to make sure we arrived and would not leave anyone behind. Dominic spoke 5 languages perfectly. The tour up to Anacapri was breathtaking and the blue grotto spectacular. Would book again

Amazing day in Capri - We had an amazing trip to Capri from our cruise ship on a tour with two brothers as our guides! Our guides were super organized and knowledgeable. We met our guides right off the ship and took a ferry to Capri to spend the day. Our first stop to Anacapri via bus was so fun on the “Mama Mia” highway! The views up the hill were incredible! Once we arrived, we had free time for the chair lift as well as a quick lunch and limoncello tasting! Next we were off to the Blue Grotto which was gorgeous and a once in a lifetime experience! Finally we did a boat trip around the island which is simply not to be missed! The captain of our boat was so knowledgeable and made the experience memorable for my husband and I (our teenage kids somehow fell asleep on the boat). The day went by too fast and I wish we had more time but our guides fit so much into the tour and we have great memories of our trip! A word of advice, bring plenty of cash as most places on Capri prefer it and you want to be able to buy plenty of delicious drinks and snacks as well as grab beautiful mementos from your trip!

Views on Capri lovely - Capri was beautiful. We enjoyed going to Anacapri to see the magnificent views. It was incredibly hot, which is no one’s fault, but curtailed some our sightseeing. We didn’t have time to do the Blue Grotto experience, but the boat ride around the island was cool and pleasant. They even backed the boat into some caverns, with was both a surprise and delight.

Good tour of the island, with some challenges - Our tour guide Domenico did a great job in coordinating the needs and different schedules of 4-5 different groups, however this didn't provide much time to visit. We had more time in Anacapri (2 hours), which also allowed to take the chairlift to the top of Monte Solaro and take pictures, and some time to visit the town with magnificent views over Marina Grande. Next Capri, we had just 20 minutes for the piazzetta and surrounding area, and then headed to the Blue Grotto tour. This is were our guide left, probably to assist other groups, without information. About an hour later we were invited by someone to board the boat, and asked for tickets, which we didn't have. At the grotto, there was no information either, we waited for almost an hour before our 3 minutes visit of the grotto, not before paying cash for the fee (provided by our guide before he left, as part of the tour). Once back, Domenico joined us to allow to board the boat back to Napoli.

Not bad at all... - The boat and land cruise were very good, however the schedule made us very nervous as we got back to the ship past the boarding time by just a few minutes.. Fortunately gangway was still open due to a Celebrity excursion being late.

Very sad , rushed ,poor experience. - Most expensive tour I've taken and the least enjoyable. Tour suggested jet sky transportation . We just loaded on the same ferry as everyone else. Told us we would see Blue grotto but apparently it was not available ... so compensated us for a 30 euro tour with a 8 euro chairlift . How is that fair?? Also I checked with the operator and they said it was going and for 30 euros they'd take me out. Questionable ethics ???Took the ferry back suggested by the tour guide and didn't get back till after boarding time. very scary and sad !! We did have some bad weather but so they could have taken some precautions. Supposed to have an English tour guide but shared with a Spanish tour going on as well. Hard to understand.Very busy on the island and it was very rushed and confusing. I'm sure if Rick Steves suggested this tour it was not the tour we took .
