Messina - Upon disembarking from the cruise ship, Alex will be there holding a sign with your name. He will guide you on a tour to explore the wonders of Messina and its historic center. One of the key highlights is the Cathedral of Messina. This stunning cathedral, with its grand facade and historic astronomical clock, is a true gem of Sicilian architecture. The interior is equally captivating, featuring invaluable works of art.
Another must-see is the Orion Fountain, situated in Piazza Duomo. This 16th-century fountain is regarded as one of the finest examples of Renaissance sculpture in Sicily.

Taormina - After leaving Messina, we will drive 45 minutes on the motorway to reach Taormina. There, we will spend about 2 hours exploring the historic center, taking in the local charm, and enjoying a delightful breakfast with typical Sicilian products.
After breakfast, we will head to “Isola Bella” to spend the remaining time on one of Italy’s most beautiful islands.
We will provide water and cold tea to keep you refreshed during the hot hours.

Tempio Votivo di Cristo Re - Finally, Alex will take you to the highest point in Messina where the Shrine of Christ the King is located. From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city, the stunning Strait of Messina, and the crescent area ending with the statue of the Madonna della Lettera, the city’s protector.
