Tenuta Moriano - The Tuscan cooking courses at Tenuta Moriano are an experience not to be missed
miss: a cooking expert teaches in a pleasant and familiar atmosphere a
cooking simple, everyday and traditional dishes but refined at the same time
time, transmitting a great passion for the table.
You will discover ingredients and customs typical of Tuscan culture and you will learn the
a thousand secrets of our traditional cuisine.
Each lesson includes the preparation of a complete menu of three
dishes: homemade pasta, a second course with side dish and finally a dessert.
Vegetarian menu on request.
The lesson ends with a lunch or dinner of dishes prepared together,
to be consumed in combination with the company’s wines.
Minimum 4 participants in the cooking class.
Dinner can also be booked by those who have not participated in the course.

Tenuta Moriano’s Tuscan Cooking Courses are a must-try experience, where an culinary expert imparts the knowledge of crafting simple yet sophisticated everyday traditional meals in a cozy and welcoming environment, embodying a deep love for dining. Attendees will get a chance to explore traditional Tuscan ingredients and customs while learning numerous secrets of their native cuisine. Each class includes creating a three-course meal composed of homemade pasta, a main course with a side, and a dessert. There is an option for a vegetarian menu upon request. The class requires a minimum of 4 participants. The culmination of every learning session is a shared meal, either lunch or dinner, of the collectively prepared dishes, paired with wines from the host’s winery. Even those who did not attend the cooking lesson are welcome to book a dinner.
