• Opera In The Kitchen - Delight in genuine Italian cuisine nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside. Guests are invited to a stunning 1600s villa, where the kitchen is located in a charming old barn. Begin with a traditional Italian coffee brewed with a “moka,” followed by a guided tour of the villa and vineyard. Participants will gather aromatic herbs (and fresh vegetables in the summer) from the garden while learning about the production of wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Then, engage in a hands-on cooking class! Prepare a complete menu using Lulu’s grandmother’s cherished recipes, including homemade pasta. Lulu’s family has crafted Extra Virgin Olive Oil for three generations using 100% Coratina olives from Apulia, adding a special flavor to the dishes.

After cooking, enjoy the meal with a breathtaking view, complemented by homemade wine.

A recipe book is included.
