- Opera In The Kitchen - Join our exclusive cooking class in the heart of the Tuscan countryside for an authentic Italian culinary adventure at a stunning 1600s Villa. The kitchen is charmingly set in an old barn, complete with the original trough.
THE EXPERIENCE, VEGGIE GARDEN AND VINEYARD
We’ll greet you with a cup of traditional Italian coffee, brewed with a “moka” pot. You’ll be taken on a tour of the property and vineyard, where you can pick fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs from our garden. We’ll share the history of our Villa and the process of making our wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Next, it’s time to wash up, don your aprons, and dive into the Cooking Experience! You’ll prepare a full menu based on time-honored traditions, including homemade pasta using Lulu’s Grandmother’s recipes. This is a hands-on class, so everyone will get to make their own meal while having a great time!
You’ll also get to sample our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which has been produced by Lulu’s family for three generations.
Finally, savor the delicious meal you’ve prepared and enjoy our wine, all while being treated to an intimate Live Opera Performance.
